Story
We aren’t really sure whose idea it was to mix a Great Pyrenees with a poodle… but here we are. Meet Swiffer! Swiffer is a floofy and goofy guy who is happy as a clam but lacks in the brain cell department. Maybe it’s the stubborn aloofness of a Pyrenees, but while Swiffer is all around a sweet, friendly dog, he doesn’t pick up on everything right away 😂 He’s what we refer to LOVINGLY as a big dumb dog (BDD). We aren’t sure where his personality as an adult will land as far as which breed he will most take after, which is unfortunately the biggest hurdle with most doodles. What we DO know is he is going to make someone very happy. He’s a good companion and will keep you entertained. He loves people and other dogs. Swiffer will of course have extensive grooming needs, so you will need to be ready to brush. A lot. He is currently a year old and 80lbs. He is fully vetted and ready for a home! To adopt Swiffer, apply today farfetcheddogrescue.org

Story
My name’s Stryker, and I’m a big, lovable Great Pyrenees/Shepherd mix looking-e! I don’t mean to brag, but I’ve been told I give the best hugs—big, fluffy, full-body snuggles that will make all your worries disappear. I promise, if you’re looking for a cuddle buddy, I’m your guy! I get along with most dogs, but I like to take my time getting to know them first—just to make sure we’ll be good friends. As for cats? Well… that’s still a mystery! No one’s really tested that yet. I’d love a home where I can enjoy the outdoors because I do not like it indoors at all. I do want to be with my people. To adopt one of our animals, please visit our shelter, open Tuesday-Friday from Noon-5pm and Saturday from Noon-4pm. You may also submit an application online from our website at http://www.HelpTheAnimalsINC.com/adopt.
