Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This boy is a miracle! He was so fortunate to be found, in the middle of nowhere in Utah, by some very kind people who would not leave him there. Got him to the vet who said he wouldn't have lasted another day. Shot and attacked by coyotes, we have no idea how he got there or how long he'd been out there alone. We called him Amos, Famous Amos after his story made the news. A wonderful foster stepped up and took amazing care of him, nursing him back to health. They called him Iroh and that name has stuck with him.  He has recently moved to a foster in MT to work on a few house manners and finish getting ready for his forever family.  Iroh was just neutered and had a cracked canine removed. He's growing his hair back and gained all the weight he needs to cover his ribs and hips! He's playing with dogs at the dog park, learning to be good with the cat. He loves his walks and is good on a leash. He adores people and all the attention he can get. This sweet boy will just melt your heart and be a wonderful member to any family!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 12, 2024, 7:35 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Delilah and her partner Darby came to us after going through quite a lot. Divorce and then neither family wanted them, so they ended up at the shelter. We couldn't stand the thought of them losing everything and then possibly each other, if they were bonded. So here they are in rescue!  We are still learning about these 2 and will update as soon as their wonderful foster learns more about them. Both floofs are being fostered in MT. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Beautiful Maycee, she was all over social media, trying to find a foster or adopter so she would not be euthanized in the shelter. A family decided to take a chance on her and foster. They fell for her quickly, renamed her Betty White. She loved the kiddos, cats and did great with the resident doggo. Sadly they learned she needed a more secure fence to keep her safe. So Maycee, now Betty, moved to a different foster home. She is doing great but she really needs to move on to her forever home! She loves a bit of space outside, other dogs, cats, people, and is doing just fine with the goats! So if you have the right home for Miss Betty, please apply for this lovely girl! Betty is being fostered in Southern ID.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 16, 2025, 4:40 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. We first met Lucy about 2 years ago, surrendered to a Utah shelter for a supposed bite. But after her eval it's just not something we can ever believe she would do. She is beyond sweet and we found her a wonderful home with a kind man and his young Akbash, Zack. She was home. Until her kind owner suddenly passed away and Lucy, along with Zack, were facing euthanasia. We only had a couple of days to find a safe place for this bonded pair, thankfully a hero stepped up, a foster. Lucy takes a bit to warm up, she is protective but she loves deeply. She's been through a lot and we will be extremely selective on where she and Zack go, together! They are like an old married couple. :)  Both dogs are great with cats, Lucy is good with young male dogs, needs very slow intros with females. This sweet pair is being fostered in MT.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 20, 2025, 3:39 pm

So often are these animals dumped, abandoned, or born on the streets and never find a home to call their own. We are giving them the chance that every animal deserves.
