I’m looking for a home that is pretty quiet with a routine that is consistent and predictable so I can feel comfortable. I’ve got some worries I’m working through. Don’t we all? So, I’ll need my people to be patient with me. I don’t like to admit it but I get scared of new people and it takes me time to warm up but I'm getting braver everyday. I really like being around the people I have gotten to know and I would do best in a house where my people are home a lot. My foster mom is helping me get use to being home by myself for short periods of time. I like other dogs and I would do best if you had another dog. It would really help me to gain confidence. If you’re looking for a sweet, sensitive boy I could be that boy. I'm very loving and my foster family says I'm a real sweetheart! I do have to admit that I had a high prey drive though so those cute little fuzzy animals, even small dogs, really get my lizard brain going and I want to hunt! I'm looking for a home where I'm the most energetic body in the house, I've found kids to be too unpredictable and they scare me. If you had other big dogs that would be cool, but if I were the only hound there to soak up your attention I wouldn't mind that either.
