Story
Marión is a gorgeous, 5&#226&#128&#145year&#226&#128&#145old red brindle Galgo from Spain who is learning family life for the first time. In just a short month in foster, he has picked up leash walking, potty training, and the rhythms of living in a home. He adapts quickly and wants nothing more than to be near his people. He is playful, affectionate, and puppy&#226&#128&#145like in his enthusiasm. Marión loves everyone and gets along beautifully with other dogs. He is gentle and loving with his medium&#226&#128&#145sized foster siblings and often follows their lead. On walks he is polite, curious, and eager to greet the world (and every person/dog that walks past), though he is quite strong and does best with a handler who keeps him close, focused and steady. Marión is very food motivated and a fast learner. He proudly sits on cue and sometimes offers bonus  sits  just in case a treat might appear. He enjoys toys and needs sturdy ones because he is a pro at amputating the limbs of stuffies! He can be left alone for several hours but is a talented counter surfer, so his new family will need to keep kitchens cleared and tempting items out of reach. Marión is loving, snuggly, adaptable, and eager to please. Daily walks and playtime suit him well since he has plenty of joy and energy. He would fit into many types of homes, especially one that appreciates his energy, curiosity, his sweet nature, and his desire to be part of the family. We adopt within 1 1/2 hours of Kansas City.. This sweet boy is a world-class snuggle who's happiest curled up beside you, soaking up love and giving it right back. He’s been doing wonderfully on walks, showing off his calm, easygoing nature and great leash manners. Around the house, Mabuino continues to impress — he’s mastering stairs like a pro and has had no recent accidents indoors. What a smart, well-mannered gentleman! Mabuino is also thriving in his foster home, where he gets along beautifully with his foster brothers. He’s friendly, adaptable, and clearly enjoys canine companionship. True is a 1 1/2 year old black male. He is doing great in his new foster home. He is described as a sweet boy. He`s eating well, comes in from yard when called, comes up for snuggles and affection.
