This 1-year-old 50ish lb Greyhound/Catahoula mix (best guess) is a perfect combo of fun-loving energy and melt-your-heart sweetness. She’s the type of girl who will chase a ball like she’s training for the Fetch Olympics, then flop dramatically across your lap like she hasn’t played in decades. Maggie is friendly, social, and absolutely adores people and other dogs — she’s the life of the party AND the cuddle session. Kids? She loves them too! Cats? Still a mystery, but she’s young enough that with a proper intro, things could go just fine. 🏆 Maggie’s Special Skills Include: • Being the first one to the door when adventure calls • Wiggling so hard her whole body participates • Making new dog friends everywhere she goes • Believing fetch is a legally binding contract • Switching from turbo mode to snuggle mode in 0.2 seconds • Giving big, soulful “love me forever” eyes She’s kennel trained, housebroken, and ready to slide right into your family’s routine without missing a beat. Whether it’s walks, hikes, backyard zoomies, Netflix marathons, snack-sharing, or bedtime snuggles — Maggie is 110% in. This sweet girl is currently with one of our rescue partners. Pax loves zoomies in the back yard as well as squirrel  chasing, chewing on bully sticks, and playing with toys. He’s super loving and ready to give you his love and loyalty forever. Pax has a super cute skunk stripe on his chest and tummy and the cutest white tipped tail. Plus little surprise dots on the paws.  Otherwise he’s coal black. Archie is a very sweet, tall and calm boy for a almost 3 year old. He has a handsome black coat with white markings. He and a few other grays have come a long way to find their forever homes.    He is loving his foster home. Archie already caught on to stairs goes up and down no problem. Doing pretty good on the leash learning fast. A smart boy! Has had No accidents in the house and enjoying learning about toys and how much fun they are!! Likes to toss the tennis ball around the backyard and of course doing Zumiez.... With Ash his foster sister.  Love's everyone in the house especially kids. Likes to give little kisses if you let him. If he is not napping on a soft dog bed. Archie is watching quietly. He will come and stand next to you too get some much needed love. He enjoys his ears and neck scratched and will lay his head on your lap and gaze at you with his soft brown eyes.    We will have more on this amazing sweet boy as we get to know him more! Goose! Age: 2 yrs Breed: Greyhound/terrier mix Weight: roughly 45 Potty trained, loves his dog-mates and they get the zoomies together but also is a very calm dog who loves to sunbathe on the porch! He loves to climb into the hammock and take a nap. He’s quite the cuddle bug, he’ll be attached at your hip all night long for snuggles! & Boy does he love to eat too as he’ll wait very patiently for a treat.  If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Goose’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
