Story
I am a Havanese breeder who has decided to retire from breeding. Phoebe was one of my pups I kept for breeding. She turns 5 yrs old in May and has only had two litters. I was never able to give her the attention she needed and therefore she is very shy. She has separation anxiety and barks when left alone. She is not potty trained or leash trained. She needs someone who has time to spend with her and train her. She is shy and fearful of strangers so her new owner needs to have time, patience and experience with socializing & training dogs. No kids. She seems to enjoy the company of other non-aggressive small dogs. Not currently UTD on vaccines but willing to get her UTD before adoption.
