He is neutered, fully vaccinated and has good teeth. He is very shy when you first meet him and will take time to warm up but when he does look out. Irving will need a fenced in yard as he may run and is very shy. He loves to play with toys, people and other dogs. He uses a puppy door to go outside to potty and loves the outside sometimes he doesn't like to come back in unless you go out and get him. Irving is smart, funny and has a foot fetish. He will catch them when you put them up on something and then lets them go. Also, likes to nibble at your ears, neck or your hair but will not bite or hurt you. Irving would be good with shared walls as he rarely barks. He likes to sleep in bed with me and his doggie friends and likes to nap in a puppy bed. Adoption fee: $695

This sweet girl is house trained, comes when called, is a good eater, takes treats nicely, and rides beautifully in the car. Coco prefers sleeping with her people and is kenneled when her foster family is away. This cutie loves being close to her humans, but she isn't necessarily a lap dog. Meet Wilson or Bruno. He does not respond to Wilson. He knows Bruno and responds to Bruno. He is a Havanese mix born approx 4/5/23! He is a sweet little boy with good character and a beautiful coat. Wilson is house-trained and does really well when riding in the car. He has not been around cats or children. He gets along great with multiple dogs in the home ( medium to small sizes) and his forever home should have a resident dog to help show him the ropes. Because of his high energy, his forever home should also have a fenced yard. He has not walked with a leash but he is not opposed to a leash. Eats well and takes his meds great (helps with some anxiety) and behaves when people come to visit. He does take medicine to keep the seizures away. Just a great little guy and wonderful little boy who would make a wonderful addition to a quieter family. He will be your best friend! He sometimes is a lap dog. Both are purebred Havanese with AKC papers, up to date on shots, spayed, neutered, and microchipped! They are crate trained, house trained, and healthy. They both love to play, wrestle with each other and twirl around for treats. They are both very social, love attention and are very loyal. Both will cuddle up next to you when you sit in the chair or on the couch. If you are looking for loyal friends, Gus and Luna would be perfect for you! Welcome Annabelle to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 20-pound sweet Dachshund/Havanese is our best guess. She has a curly coat and curly hair on her tail. She is about 5 months old. She is very sweet. She was found on the streets. She doesn’t jump up, is good with other dogs, good in a kennel, very non reactive around lots of dogs and a busy shelter. She is a very mellow and lower energy dog. She is what we call “perfect” temperament in Rescue. Since she is relatively quiet, she would be fine in a condo, apartment or shared wall situation. She is sturdy and would make a great walking companion. She won’t need lots of walks or exercise to be happy. She is getting spayed soon and is topping up and getting her vaccinations. She could go to a moderately to lower active family. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is $400 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states.
