Meet Lucky – Your Loyal Little Sidekick 🐾 Lucky is a 4-year-old Havapoo with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This fun-spirited pup loves to play, explore, and make new friends—whether they’re big dogs, small dogs, or even cats! His friendly and easygoing nature makes him a wonderful companion in a variety of homes. Lucky forms strong bonds with his person and truly thrives on companionship. He would be happiest in a home where someone is around most of the time to share in his days, adventures, and plenty of cuddle sessions. This special boy does have Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD), which gives him a bit of a wobbly, hobbling walk—but it doesn’t dampen his zest for life! Lucky is looking for a dedicated adopter who will continue supporting his journey toward healing and improved mobility. Lucky may have a few extra needs, but what he gives in return is immeasurable: unwavering loyalty, affection, and joy. Patty is a 2-year-old Havanese mix with a playful spirit and a growing sense of confidence. She came to us with a very matted coat, so she’s sporting a short haircut for now—but once her soft curls grow back, she’ll be looking like a little superstar! Patty is settling into her foster home and learning new things every day. Her previous home loved her, but didn’t have much time for training, so she’s still working on some basics. She’s leash trained, nearly housebroken, and absolutely loves toys—especially stealing socks, so guard your laundry! She’d do best in a home with no kids, and we’re still getting to know how she feels about other dogs. We’ll continue to update as we learn more. Patty is current on vaccines, heartworm negative, and will be spayed soon. With a little time and patience, she’s going to make a wonderful companion. ADOPTION PROCESS: 1. You must begin our adoption process by applying to adopt on clawsadopt.org. Please do NOT inquire via Petfinder, social media messengers or in our comments. We will only be looking at applications! 2. Please make sure you fill out our adoption application COMPLETELY. We may not be able to respond to applications that are not completely filled out with the proper information. Side note: on our applications, the more details you provide = the better. 3. We prefer applicants live within 60 miles of Closter, NJ. (Applicants who live farther away may still apply. However, please note we do prioritize local applications as we try our best to serve our local community first.) 4. Please respect our organization, our volunteers and our process.
