Koda Blue is a 6yo 70lb short haired (thick coat) red Siberian Husky mix. Up to date on rabies. But for needing leash work & having a high prey drive, Koda is fantastic! He was raised with small children- he is SO gentle. He doesn't play with toys, & is awkward when he tries to play at the park but does like to run around. He might play wrestle with you gently, if you get down to his level, & will sometimes play indoor fetch. He is potty trained, & VERY well behaved. He likes to sleep next to you on the couch or bed, & LOVES to be brushed/combed. He adapted very well to apartment living, with a lot of socialization at parks/the beach, mental stimulation at home, & long walks. The reasons for re-homing are do to changes in my health. Dexter is about 9 years old, very friendly and howls when it's time to eat and go on a walk. That's when he really comes alive. Dexter was relinquished to our rescue by his prior owner. Dexter walks 2 miles/day, but is a couch potato the rest of the day. He gets along with other dogs, cats and humans. He loves his treats, and knows commands like sit, give me your paw, come, lie down. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, deflead. We rescued him a year ago from a city shelter. He is a lovable dog with high energy. Exercise is a must for him. He does have separation anxiety but does well in a secure crate. He cannot be left alone unless crated. He listens well but is also a husky so stubbornness is a given. He does have some prey drive towards smaller dogs, squirrels, and critters. We currently don’t have the capacity to home him since our other dog has suffered a serious injury and it’s been hard to manage both dogs. We want to find him a loving home. The ideal candidate would be someone with a house and a fenced yard. Having children is also a huge plus. Someone needs to be home majority of the time or at least take the time to crate train him in your home. He does well on walks with a prong collar and needs to be corrected from time to time. He is a very agile dog and needs to be exercise for at least an hour a day.

Arya is a 3 year old pure breed husky, weighs 70 lbs. She is very sweet, loves attention, is kind to people and easy to work with. She gets along with other dogs at dog parks and likes going for walks. Easy to groom and lets you bathe her with ease. When taken to groomers, they never have any issues. She has a health plan with Banfield, all shots and care is up to date, she is current with rabies shot, she's on a flea prevention plan.We got her when she was 1 yr old, She doesnt do well eating with other dogs during meal time or treats, needs to eat separely. before we had her, she grew up in a environment where she had to protect her food which made territorial of her items. We have 2 other older dogs and it has become a handful to continue to separate them for each meal, this is why we rather rehome.I think the perfect home would be with someone who is looking to have a single dog or same kind of companion.
