Koda Blue is a 6yo 70lb short haired (thick coat) red Siberian Husky mix. Up to date on rabies. But for needing leash work & having a high prey drive, Koda is fantastic! He was raised with small children- he is SO gentle. He doesn't play with toys, & is awkward when he tries to play at the park but does like to run around. He might play wrestle with you gently, if you get down to his level, & will sometimes play indoor fetch. He is potty trained, & VERY well behaved. He likes to sleep next to you on the couch or bed, & LOVES to be brushed/combed. He adapted very well to apartment living, with a lot of socialization at parks/the beach, mental stimulation at home, & long walks. The reasons for re-homing are do to changes in my health. Why this pet is the one for you:Flora is an approximately 8-year-old Husky-type girl with a heart full of love and a serious talent for cuddling! This sweet, affectionate lady enjoys attention and pets all over, and she may even roll right into your lap for belly rubs. If you stop petting her, don't be surprised if she gives you a gentle paw to remind you that she's not done yet!Flora enjoys exploring the outdoors at her own pace, sniffing around the yard, and spending time with her people. She can show off a playful, goofy side, too, with happy zoomies and play bows when she's feeling comfortable. She's also been making progress with several medical concerns, and all her conditions have been improving with veterinary care provided. She has been flourishing after arriving in such terrible condition, but her spirit and wonderful temperament even when so sick let us know she is a GEM!! Flora is the best husky we've ever met and she deserves a chance to continue to thrive in a loving home. She is quiet and rests in her kennel all day. She’s the kind of dog who is just as happy chasing a ball at the dog park as she is curling up next to you on the couch afterward.
