Story
He is a really good boy. I have a dog a 3 yr old female, wanted to get her a buddy. Because I work alot and feel bad leaving her home alone all day. This guy at the dog park was rehoming him, so I gave it a try. Sadly this is not working out. She prefers to be the only dog, something I did not know. He's great with people and kids. He's good with other dogs at the dog park and on leash. Great on a leash too. He likes to graze he's dog food, doesn't bark. He ia a husky mix of some kind. Hes really small only 40 lbs. Just to reiterate he is not the problem child its my female who is. Such a great little dude. He just needs a good home.

Story
Koda Blue is a 6yo 70lb short haired (thick coat) red Siberian Husky mix. Up to date on rabies. But for needing leash work & having a high prey drive, Koda is fantastic! He was raised with small children- he is SO gentle. He doesn't play with toys, & is awkward when he tries to play at the park but does like to run around. He might play wrestle with you gently, if you get down to his level, & will sometimes play indoor fetch. He is potty trained, & VERY well behaved. He likes to sleep next to you on the couch or bed, & LOVES to be brushed/combed. He adapted very well to apartment living, with a lot of socialization at parks/the beach, mental stimulation at home, & long walks. The reasons for re-homing are do to changes in my health. You can message me for a link to a Google Drive folder with more information, records, pictures, videos, & his training logs.

Story
How Chelsea arrived: This pet was brought in by a community member on September 10th, 2026. Why Chelsea is the one for you:Chelsea is a cheerful spark plug with a big heart who lives for connection, adventure, and a good belly rub. She loves toys and using her nose to investigate every interesting bush and flower, and she is also wonderfully responsive when you ask for a sit, especially if you have tasty rewards on hand. On leash, she can come out excited, zig-zag a bit, and pull at first, but with steady guidance, she settles into a better rhythm. She does notice other dogs and may vocalize or pull to get closer, so she will do best with a handler who can keep walks structured and continue her training. Her ideal home is one without any cats. If you are looking for a bright, affectionate sidekick who can keep up with your outings and then curl up for snuggles when the day slows down, Chelsea is ready to bring a little extra happiness to every moment. Please bring a leash & collar when adopting. At SDHS:Chelsea has been vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 47.6 Age: 4yrs 7mths 1wks
