Story
Meet the Bear Fozzie 🐾🐻 Husky mix (dad likely Shepherd) Bottle baby 💕 Expected to be a large dog when grown! This adorable Bear cub was one of four that came into the world needing a little extra help—and they rose to the occasion like true little bears. Hand-raised as a bottle baby, Fozzie is incredibly bonded to people and already an expert in snuggling his human. His mom was a beautiful Husky with bright blue eyes, and we suspect dad had some Shepherd in him, giving these pups a beautiful mix of intelligence, loyalty, and that soulful “watchful bear” expression. They’re sturdy, fluffy, and already showing sweet, thoughtful personalities. Because Fozzie was bottle-fed, this pup is especially affectionate and human-focused. He loves being held, cuddled, and carried like the tiny cubs he is. His own emerging personality is so sweet, but all four share a gentle, curious nature and a love for comfort, warmth, and closeness. This bear cub will grow into a devoted companion who will thrive with connection, guidance, and love. They’ll do best in homes ready for a smart, active breed mix—with plenty of room for adventure and cozy naps. If you’ve ever wanted a best friend who starts life fitting in your arms and grows into your shadow, this bear cub might be your perfect match. 🐾💛 Fozzie's adoption fee is $450 and includes his neuter, microchip and current vaccinations. Story
How this pet arrived: Dash was brought in by their previous owner on February 15th, 2025 Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Dash - a young hero in training who's still learning that the world beyond the island can be a safe and friendly place. Like many supers just discovering their powers, Dash can be a bit cautious at first, but with patience and a calm, steady approach, his sweet and sensitive nature begins to shine. He may seem a little reserved on first meeting, but once trust is earned, you'll see the makings of a truly incredible companion. He's not walking on leash just yet, so Dash will need a fully enclosed outdoor space where he can safely potty and explore, along with a cozy, low-key spot where he can retreat and recharge between missions. Dash would also be greatly supported by a confident, well-adjusted dog in the home who can show him the ropes and help him feel more secure as he continues building his bravery. Dash would do best in a home with children ages 8 and up, and all family members should be present for the meet-and-greet. With encouragement, consistency, and a little belief in his super potential, Dash is ready to become someone's everyday hero! At SDHS:Dash has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. He is now ready for his new home! Shy/Fearful Dog: This pet requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about them. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 31 Age: 0yrs 10mths 0wks

Story
How this pet arrived:Yuki was brought in by their previous owner on February 6, 2026. Why this pet is the one for you: Meet Yuki! This bright and energetic girl is always ready to be part of the action. She's curious, eager to learn and enjoys working for treats and toys. When meeting someone new, she might hang back for a moment, but with a little encouragement, she quickly starts to show her friendly side. She builds strong bonds with her people and prefers not to be on her own for long stretches, so she'll do best in a home that can help her settle in gradually. Yuki has done well around kids and enjoys being included in the fun. Once she's comfortable, she's all about the spotlight-leaning in for scratches, nudging for more, and happily soaking up every bit of attention you're willing to give. She's looking for a patient family who can give her the time and reassurance she needs while she adjusts to a new routine. If you're searching for an active, playful companion to join you on daily adventures, Yuki might be a great match. At SDHS:Yuki has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. Yuki is now ready for their new home! Primary Color: White Weight: 58.6 Age: 1yrs 3mths 2wks
