Dakota is a wonderful dog. He LOVES people and is sweet and tolerant to children. He can be reactive to dogs when on leash or when he is with people he feels protective of (like kids). He also has separation anxiety and will need a family who spends time at home with him.

Story
Hi there! We're the Tea Puppies! The 6 of us were found dumped in a small crate next to a dumpster with 6 of our other siblings. Yes, there were 12 of us all together in one tiny crate! We were only about 4 weeks old, far too young to be away from our mom. The person who found us gave 6 of our siblings away and then us 6 ended up with VOCAL. It became obvious that whoever had us before cropped either one or both of our ears when we were really little, maybe they were using us to "practice" their home crop jobs on. Anyway, our ears may look a bit silly because of that but we are just as healthy and happy as any other puppy! We're not sure what breed mix we are but some good guesses have been husky, shepherd, cattle dog, or anatolian. We'll probably be about 40-50lbs full grown. We've since been raised in loving foster homes that have helped lay the groundwork for us to become happy, well-adjusted pups despite our rough beginning. Here's what my foster has to say about me, Chamomile: Cham is mild mannered, loves to play and snuggle. The other morning I woke up and she was snuggling with her 85pound foster sister. Just lying in her arms, under her chin, Cham was on her back. She is very vocal when she wants something. Shes not crazy about car rides. Cham loves playing outside with the her sister and bigger foster sisters. She uses the doggy door and is paper trained. She has learned a few commands, loves snack time.

Chai has mastered the doggy door. She uses the puppy pads mostly for pee. She loves playing outside with her foster sisters. They have learned a few commands, and learned snack time very quickly.

He enjoys people, especially people he knows and loves giving kisses. Earl has nothing but love in his heart (sometimes attitude), for whoever would be lucky enough to have him as their buddy.

Story
Hi, my name is Duchess. I'm a very sweet, dainty, nervous gal. My looks are very striking, with my icy blue eyes, but I am anything but cold. I'm shy at first and may take a little bit longer than others to warm up to new people but once I know you, I will love you so hard! I get excited zoomies when I see my favorite people and I love to play with other dogs. Because I'm more nervous, I am a bit of a flight risk at first and I am capable of scaling tall fences, so whoever adopts me will need to be careful and give me patience and time to work through my flightiness at first. But really, after a couple times meeting someone or a day or two of consistnecy, we will have already built a good bond and trust, it doesn't take me long. I just need someone to give me a chance!

Here's what my foster has to say about me, Matcha: This little sweetheart with beautiful markings on her face, started with piercing blue eyes that have been turning to hazel recently. Her ears are shifting to one popped up and one hanging back for now. She loves being outside exploring with her brother and already enjoys walking the perimeter, checking everything out. She is playful, yet gentle. She is affectionate and loving. Very smart, she has even figured out the doggy door and working on potty training. She has loved having an older canine companion in the foster home. Although she is still scared of his big dog barks, she is slowly starting to find her voice and trying it out. She has been wonderful with children and visitors. She will do well in a loving home looking for a smart, sensitive puppy who will grow into a loyal, intuitive companion.
