Wrangler is being fostered in PA.Wrangler has some limited vision.Wrangler here with an update on me, foster Mommy said I had to do it since they did some new tests on me. First, I am a big boy at almost 1.5 years old now! Anyway, I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBD) which they are treating with low fat food and watching my diet. Also, my B12 is low so foster Mommy gives me a shot every 3 weeks. I do great with the shot, she gives it while I am eating and I could care less cause I just want my food lolAlso, something that goes with the IBD thingy is anxiety and I try, but am scared of new things. I like to go slow meeting new ones. I can’t tell my foster Mommy why, but I’m scared of men. We are working on all this. I am great at home and I don’t do anything in the house when foster Mommy leaves because I have other doggies I am with. So as long as I am not alone, I am ok.We are trying Prozac to see if this will help relax me enough to get over my fears because I am a sweetie, really! And, I just love cuddling on the couch with foster Mommy and sleeping in bed with her. Even though I can stretch out and take up leg room at times hee heeBDRA has voted against the use of electrical fencing effective immediately.

Volt is being fostered in NC. Volt has some vision. update Volt is doing well! He lives for cuddles at night before going to bed in his crate. During the day he has one speed and that is lightning fast. His favorite treat is carrots and he will do anything for them but lay down, lol. He has a pretty good recall and knows sit. He is fully potty trained and goes to the back door when he needs to go out. He plays so gently with his foster mom's mini aussies and rough and tumble with Elektra (corso) and Trigger (lab). Volt had some grand mal seizures that were caused by Simparica Trio. These lasted about 3 weeks with lingering focal seizures. He is still on keppra and he's doing great! He has not had any seizures in the last 3 months. BDRA has voted against the use of electrical fencing effective immediately

Hi, I’m Chili, and if you’re looking for a dog with personality, you’ve found him! I’m bold, clever, energetic, and—okay—I can be a little bossy. I have some herding instincts and may try to organize the other dogs (and occasionally the humans), but you’re welcome to ignore my management suggestions. I’m also a world-class snuggler. I LOVE attention and will wriggle under your arm and right into your lap like a ferret if that’s what it takes to get some pets. I wake up ready for whatever adventure you have planned, but once the fun is over, I’m perfectly capable of settling down quietly while my people are busy. I’m a smart guy who really wants to please. When you ask me to sit, stay or wait, I try so hard to contain myself that sometimes I actually quiver with excitement. I’m house trained, haven’t shown any destructive habits, and while I haven’t been crate tested, I’m comfortable hanging out in a room by myself. I do have a couple of special talents. I can walk surprisingly well on my back legs, and I’ve been known to investigate countertops—purely for quality-control purposes, of course. And food? I LOVE FOOD. Mealtime is a major event, so hold onto my bowl when you put it down, and watch your fingers when handing me treats. I haven’t quite mastered the concept of delicate. One other thing: after a hot walk, I sometimes drink a LOT of water, which means I may need another quick trip outside sooner than you’d expect. I’m housebroken, crate trained, and I get along really well with other dogs. Hi, my name is Suka, and I’m an 8-year-old black and white Siberian Husky with beautiful blue eyes and an even sweeter heart. I may be a little shy and timid when we first meet, but please don’t let that fool you. Once I realize I’m safe, I open up and become the gentle, loving boy I truly am. I love people, kids, other dogs, and believe it or not… I even like cats! I’ll give them a few curious sniffs, say hello, and then I’m perfectly happy sharing my space with them. One of my favorite things is going for walks. I’m a very good boy on leash, although sometimes an especially interesting smell might convince me we need to stop and investigate. A little reminder is all I need, and I’m right back on track. I’m completely housebroken and absolutely love being outside, especially when I can stretch out in the sunshine and enjoy the day. But what I love most is simply being close to my people. I’m perfectly content lying beside you on the couch, curling up near you at home, or even cuddling with you in bed. I’m learning every day that water will always be there now, and I don’t have to rush anymore. I’m potty trained, and at night I sleep nicely in my crate. But between you and me... if my forever family insisted that I sleep in bed with them, I’m pretty sure I could make that sacrifice. Hi everyone! My name is Lokai, and I’m a 3.5-year-old husky mix hoping to finally find my forever forever home. I recently found myself back with my rescue through no fault of my own, and now I’m hoping for a fresh start with a family who will love me for the rest of my life. I’m a good boy with a big heart and so much love to give! I’m housebroken, smart, and I sleep and eat in my crate. I also do fine being left out for short periods. And if you love a snuggly Velcro dog, well, I might just be your perfect match! I love being close to my people. I’ve been living with a foster brother who’s bigger than me, and we spend our days wrestling, playing, and zooming around the yard together. During the day, I sometimes get a little nervous in my crate, but classical music and having someone nearby help me relax. I'm still learning that everything is going to be okay. One important thing about me: I’m not comfortable with harnesses or having things lifted over my head. Head scratches, though? Those are always welcome! I’m neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, and ready to start my next chapter! I’m not asking for much.
