They didn’t come with their mama and we don’t have her photos or full breed history, but everyone here thinks they’re husky mixes — with a likely smaller-breed parent, because these pups are smaller than a typical husky.  They are energetic, playful, and silly — perfect for an active person or an active family who wants to add a handful of joy (and a little zoom-room energy) to their home.  About the litter  This litter is lovingly called 'The Ranks' because each puppy was named after a military rank.  Personality & ideal home  Energy level: Medium–high. These pups love playtime, puzzles, learning, and running. Best fit: An active individual or family — someone who will give walk-and-play time daily, start basic training, and provide consistent socialization. A fenced yard and access to outings (walks, hikes, supervised playtime) will make them happiest.   Important Information for New Puppy Parents   Welcoming a new puppy into your home is an exciting and rewarding experience—but it also comes with important responsibilities. To help your puppy grow into a happy, confident, and well-adjusted adult dog, dedication to obedience training, socialization, and consistent potty training is essential.   We strongly recommend that the entire family participates in puppy training classes. This not only helps build a strong bond with your new pup but also ensures that everyone is using the same commands and techniques, creating a clear and consistent environment for learning.   **Puppies thrive with structure, patience, and positive reinforcement—and so do their families! Let’s set them up for a lifetime of love and success.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 29, 2026, 4:51 pm

Story
Apply to Adopt Me! Meet Wynter, a sweet 1yo, 28lb husky mix. This gorgeous blue eyed girl came to us from Georgia, where she was found as a stray at a job site. She is very friendly with people and loves to play with other dogs. Her favorite pastimes are zooming in the yard with her buddies and chewing/squeaking toys. At nighttime she is content to lay on the couch next to her humans. She will even watch a little TV - her favorite show is currently Yellowstone. Wynter would be a lot of fun to do dog sports or obedience training with. She is higher energy and very smart. In two days she learned “sit," "stay" and “here.” She sleeps quietly through the night while crated, is house trained when taken outside regularly, and rides wonderfully in the car. Shes great with baths as well. Her ideal home would be active and have a fenced in yard. She would benefit from continued training and a consistent schedule. Being a young dog,she can be mouthy, so a home with no small children would be best. Other dogs in her home will need to be active as well or tolerant of a young, playful pup. Wynter is also cat friendly! Wynter is a herding breed, a very intelligent breed that not only needs daily physical activity, but also mental stimulation. We prefer someone for her who has herding breed experience. If you live in the Central Florida/Orlando area and believe you have the perfect active home for Wynter, complete an app and tell us more about your family.  February 7, 2026, 9:09 am

Story
Hi there, I'm Laelle, a two-an-a half year old black and white blue eyed Siberian Husky with a heart full of hope and a spirit that never gives up. I may be a smaller husky at 45 pounds, but my personality is as big as they come! Before Husky Haven of Florida rescued me, I was lost and scared of people and other dogs. I used to have frequent seizures, but thanks to medical care, my seizures are now manageable. I used to feel bad for my foster because I wasn't potty trained and had lots of accidents. But now, I've learned to give signs when I need to go outside. I'm not a big fan of crates, but I absolutely love my cot because it keeps me cool and I can walk off when I get anxious. It took a few months until I learned my name, but now I come to you when you call me. I know it's going to take a special family to accept and love me, but I'm very hopeful. I am on medication to control my seizures and it’s working. Since my seizures have reduced, I've been able to do more normal dog behaviors like counter surfing (oops!). I'm good with everyone, but I haven't met any cats yet, so I'm not sure how I would be with them. I pace frequently, which makes me expel a lot of energy and that makes me hungry, so I love to eat. A My foster family is so proud of me because I've come a long way from being blank, not knowing anything, to now socializing with people and other dogs. It may take a while until the right family finds me, but I know that you're out there. I'm spayed, up to date on all my vaccines, and microchipped. I can't wait to meet my forever family and share my love and resilience with you. With hope, Laelle.
