Meet Bruno 🐾 Bruno is a very sweet and playful dog who deserves a loving forever home. Unfortunately, he was surrendered to a local shelter by a family member after not being properly kept in a secure yard. When he was surrendered, the shelter made it clear that he was going to be put down that same day. As soon as we found out, we knew that wasn’t fair to him, so we convinced them to go back and get him so we could save him and help find him the home he deserves. Bruno is great around children, loves attention, and has a fun, loving personality. He enjoys being around people and just wants to be loved. Sadly, because my own dogs are aggressive toward him, I cannot safely keep him long term, but I am doing everything I can to give him the chance at the happy life he deserves. If you or someone you know may be interested in giving Bruno a forever home, please give him that chance.

SHY WINSTON IS FINDING HIS CONFIDENCE. Winston came to us as a “stray,” and at first, this handsome guy was pretty unsure of everything. But little by little, we’re watching him come out of his shell—and there’s a goofy, puppy-like boy hiding underneath all that shyness.Put Winston with a younger male dog he’s comfortable with and suddenly the puppy comes out! He gets playful, silly and starts showing us more of who he really is. Yesterday he got a much-needed outing away from the shelter, and WOW. Just look at this dog. Those ears. That face. And that gorgeous husky coat!Winston has a naturally tall, very slim frame, and we’re working on putting a few healthy pounds on him. He’s now fully vetted and ready for adoption. PS- he doesn't mind lady dogs either!What Winston needs most is someone willing to give a shy dog a little time to settle in. There’s a whole lot more personality in there, and we’re already getting glimpses of it.

Balta is a calm, low-energy, very sweet and quiet dog. She is is great with kids and cats. She is not good at sharing toys with other dogs, so not ideal for living with another dog. She can be timid of people at first meet, but warms up quickly once she smells them. Everyone that has met her loves her and exclaims how well behaved, sweet and beautiful she is. She is double coated and needs to be brushed regularly. She is 6 years old and 65 pounds.
