****Steel is currently in a new home. While his new family are wonderful people, they know to bring him back to me if it just isn't the right fit for whatever reason. Thank you for your interest**** Steel is a timid, gentle, and quiet dog. He was found on the streets with patchy fur, a broken tail, and suspected to be the victim of abuse. He nursed back to health by a wonderful family who just couldn't keep him. He enjoys a nap as much as a run and has taken to training very well. He's not always affectionate, but the first time he pushes his head against you, you'll melt. Steel does well with other dos and small children, but hasn't spent any time around cats as far as I'm aware. While the listing says I'm looking to rehome due to behavioral issues, please know it's not an issue of Steel's but of our compatibility. He's a wonderful dog and I'm prepared to keep him safe for as long as it takes to find him the right home.

Isreal is about 2 years old and very energetic! He loves to play catch and tug of war and look for sticks in the yard. He is very smart he knows the basic commands (sit, stay, paw, lie down). He is fixed and is up to date on all of his shots!
