Teva can be cautious with new people and is a bit hand-shy at first. She likely had a rough start in life, so she needs a little time to feel safe. But once she warms up, she completely transforms—playful, affectionate, and eager to be your best friend. This girl LOVES to play. Chase a ball, toss a frisbee, or throw just about anything, and she’ll happily run after it with that classic Husky enthusiasm. She’s joyful, athletic, and so fun to be around once she trusts you. Teva would thrive in a home with another friendly dog she can play with, though she can absolutely learn to be an only dog as long as she has plenty of chew items, enrichment, and playtime. She also does well with cats! Given her shy nature and need for slow introductions, Teva would do best in an adults-only home where things are a bit more predictable. To support her successful transition, WMK9 – Well-Mannered K9 is offering a free in-home private lesson for her future adopter. This session will help you understand Teva’s personality, build trust, and set her up to thrive in her new home. Our adoption fees vary from $150 and up. All of our dogs are up to date on vaccines, heart worm preventives, and flea/tick medication, and will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
