Story
A GOOFY, FUN BOY. Looking to adopt a new best friend? Look no further than Goober! This handsome husky mix is a high energy three year old boy who would love an active person or family to call his own. Goober is an affectionate and playful pup who is quiet, clever, and a bit goofy. Tug of war is a favorite game. He loves his food (just ask him to do a zoomie for you), but he also loves nothing more than a good snuggle. He's a well-trained boy who is excellent at pooping in the bushes- what a gem!) and he rides perfectly in the car- what a chill dude! If you're looking for a loving and adorable dog who will stick by your side through thick and thin, Goober is the one for you! He has already had $5000 worth of training so he is so well behaved, is great on a leash, knows commands and is very well crate trained. Goober may be a bit shy around some dogs, but plays with others. He likes to find the right vibe. With people, he loves to meet everyone. Goober can't wait to explore, poop in the bushes, and snuggle up with you - what more could you ask for? If you're ready to welcome this sweet and silly boy into your heart and home, reach out to set up a meet and greet. Included in Goober's adoption fee: -He is already neutered, microchipped and has shots. -He comes with a collar and slip leash for proper walking and training. -You get two group training classes with our trainer. -A 3 month vet checkup paid for -$25 gift card to feeders -A bed, crate, seatbelt, cooling mat, cooling vest (he gets hot on walks) chew treats and toys. -We provide an introduction session to help set him up in his new home, giving advice and guidance on crate training, leash walking, and how to establish a routine and structure in your household for your new baby. -Lifetime support from us via phone, and in person.

Story
Athena is an amazing dog. She has LOTS of energy, very loving and friendly. She needs someone that can keep up with her. She MUST go to a home that has a fenced in yard with plenty of room to run. She is an escape artist, so the fence/yard needs to be very secure. (I have a privacy fence and she still managed to get out.lol) I would prefer someone that has experience with Husky's. A little back story, a young man came into where I work. He was looking for a place to live for him and his dog, Athena. They were currently living out of this truck. He rescued her. Someone had tied her up to a STOP sign and left her there. She's been attacked by a pit bull, so that probably has something to do with her not getting along with other dogs. He had plans to take her back once he was settled, but here we are months later and his situation hasn't improved. He signed over the microchip to me and gave me his blessing on finding her a good home. I have 4 dogs and cannot keep her.

Story
Bumbles, a male Husky given to us November 2023 by an acquaintance who kept him in a kennel. We were unaware of what owning a Husky entails. He is now approximately 2 1/2 years old. He is sweet and playful. We have an older small dog that doesn't mind him, but cannot play at Bumbles pace. Our cats don't like him, but he's not shown any aggression toward them--he has not been left alone with them though. Does show some food aggression. Bumbles was kept outside in a large, fenced in yard. He would get out if gate was mistakenly left open. He loves to run, and is extremely fast! He then began to dig and look to escape. He has not jumped the fence. He needs an active home with a runner or daily walker. We, unfortunately, do not have the time to provide him his best life. He knows sit, stay, NO, give me your paw, and lay down. House broken and crate trained. Will sometimes play fetch. He is high energy and requires a high energy household with time to give him the life he deserves

Story
Nova is a 18-month-old husky. A petite 35 lbs but full of energy and personality! I am her primary caregiver, working from home, but due to arthritis in my hands, I’m struggling to keep up with her needs. This has been a very hard decision, but one made in her best interest. She’s spayed, microchipped, potty and crate trained and current on all vaccinations. Ideal Home: A husky-proof fenced yard or wireless fence where she can safely run and play Other pup friends - She hasnt met a pup that isn’t her friend, whether they want to be or not! No cats or cats that can hold their own A family who can match her active lifestyle

Story
Meet Queenie! This mixed-breed beauty is finally getting her chance at a real home. Thanks to our amazing volunteers, Queenie’s manners have come a long way through training—and she’s ready to keep learning! Praise and treats are her love language and since she’s still young, she’s got tons of potential and energy to grow into the best version of herself. Queenie would do best in an adult-only, pet-free home with an active lifestyle. She’s loyal, smart, and ready to blossom with the right person by her side.
