This big man is big ball of fur and love. He will want to be near you seeing what you’re doing all the time. He is working hard to learn commands and is motivated by treats. He loves his scratches and will never turn away from them. He likes spending his days lounging on the floor or going outside for playtime. He walks well on a leash and loves to ride in the car. Balto does have an eye condition that makes his eye goopy, but it doesn’t seem to bother him. He is roughly 5 years old and 70lbs. He currently lives with 3 large dogs, 2 cats and 3 kids under 10 and he is great with everyone. At adoption events he enjoys when anyone pets him or shows him attention. Balto is an amazing dog that's ready to find his forever person to spend life with. Frosty Paws Nala came to us from an owner who relinquished her by no fault of her own. This is a nice girl who is good with other dogs & with people. She is very sweet but would benefit from some basic obedience and confidence building. Her birth date is 06/09/25 and she currently weighs 30.4#.She has been vet. checked, spayed, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. Her adoption donation is $250 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card. There is a 3% processing fee when using a debit/credit card. Please note that any additional funding collected for this pet goes back into our medical acct. to provide for other dogs in need. Sky is a husky mix that loves to be with people. She loves to sit with you and get lots of pets. Although she is around 60lbs she loves to sit on your lap. She will sit next to you and do the lean in thing where she leans her body against your body, it's amazing for soul. She does have husky energy and a high prey drive according to her former owners (she wants to chase another animals). She is capable of jumping a 4 foot fence, so she will need to have a yard with a high fence or a leash to make sure that she doesn't jump the fence. She will do best if kenneled when you are not home to keep her from getting into trouble, she really wants to be with people and likely has some anxiety when left alone. This girl will do best with someone who is familiar with the breed and has time and patience to work with her. But, she is super sweet and loving and will make a great companion, especially for someone who is home a lot and has a yard with a high fence. ##1949965##

He does like to play with his brother and will need plenty of exercise time. He will also need a fenced in area as he can jump and climb. Luigi came to the shelter with his brother Yoshi.
