Story
I'm Denali, a striking 5-year-old black and white Husky with a heart ready to find my forever home! 🐕 At 53 pounds, I'm right in the sweet spot for a medium-sized companion — sturdy enough for adventures but not too much dog to handle. I'm already neutered and raring to go, so let's skip the waiting and get straight to the good stuff. Come meet me and let's see if we're meant to run through life together! ❄️

Story
Meet Trip! If you're looking for a fun-loving, active companion who is always ready for an adventure, Trip might be your guy! This handsome pup has made quite an impression on shelter staff and volunteers with his playful personality, enthusiasm for toys, and zest for life. Trip absolutely loves spending time outdoors. Whether he's exploring on a trail walk, sniffing around the yard, playing fetch, or enjoying a game of tug, he's happiest when he has something fun to do. He's an energetic dog who enjoys staying active and would likely thrive with a family that can keep both his body and mind engaged. One thing that consistently stands out about Trip is how much he loves toys. He gets so excited during playtime that he sometimes gives playful growls while playing—a common way some dogs express excitement during a game. Volunteers describe him as sweet, friendly, and eager to interact, especially when treats or toys are involved. Trip has shown that he's smart and motivated to learn. He responds well to treats, has practiced basic cues like sit, and enjoys working with his people. While he's affectionate on his own terms, he tends to prefer playtime and pets over lots of cuddling. With his playful spirit, curious nature, and love for adventure, Trip is ready to find a family that will appreciate his active lifestyle and joyful personality. At a Glance Age: 1.5 years old Personality: Energetic, playful, friendly, toy-loving, and adventurous Training: Treat-motivated, knows sit, enjoys learning, and responds well to positive reinforcement Favorite Activities: Playing fetch, tug-of-war, trail walks, exploring outdoors, sniffing adventures, and carrying his favorite toys around ##2727986##

Story
Meet Our Sweet Pea Boy ❤️We're looking for a special home for our beloved Husky mix. This difficult decision is only because his owner is leaving for college and cannot meet his needs. He is incredibly loving, affectionate, loyal, and happiest by your side. Once the excitement of someone coming home or visitors passes, he's able to settle and loves to cuddle. He's intelligent and made good progress with a trainer, who felt he has great potential with continued consistency and positive reinforcement. He has significant separation anxiety and needs a home where someone who has a flexible schedule. He also has high Husky-like energy and benefits from plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. He pulls hard on leash but loves walking in the woods. He's done well with two small dogs he knows; his behavior with unfamiliar dogs is unknown. Medication has been prescribed to support his anxiety. We are committed to finding him the loving, patient home he deserves.

Story
Loki is a sweet, loving and super laid back boy. We have had him since he was 8 weeks old, he turned 6 in January. Loki is handsome, smart, and go with the flow. He LOVES walks and sun bathing outside. If you’re looking for an outdoor adventure buddy he’s your guy, also he’s not super vocal. He gets bursts of zoomy energy but doesn’t mind being/playing alone, he occasionally but not often plays with a ball/tugs with people. He would rather have a Kong and be left alone. He loves to lounge around and be loved on but doesn’t need it to thrive. He does well with most dogs, small animals/farm animals would not be a great fit for him. He is very much a hunter if given the chance. Ideally Loki would be great with a couple or family with older children that know boundaries, he is less tolerant of small children/toddlers that are still learning. We love and want what’s best for Loki, even if it means no longer being with us. Happy to answer any questions.
