Hi, I'm Barley! I'm about 1 years old and weigh 57.6 pounds. ** I still need to be spayed/neutered so when my forever family decides to adopt me, I will be placed on hold. Then you can come pick me up after my surgery. **Do you like...Dogs? I can come on strong at first, but I have enjoyed playing with a few dogs here at the shelter. I have no known history with cats, so I would need slow introductions and lots of supervision at first if I go to a home with one. I may chase them!Kids? Prince was found on 5/2/24 on High Pass Road. He is not neutered. If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. Since this dog is new to the shelter and we are still looking for their family, they are not viewable on the adoption floor at this time.The shelter staff is giving me some time to settle in and adjust to this new place. As we get to know each other a little better, the behavior team and veterinary staff will then be evaluating my needs. Please stay tuned for my updated information!Our shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs can be unreliable and for most dogs we are only guessing at their primary breed. Storm is a great dog with tons of energy is going to need someone who can keep up with her. She is friendly and good with kids and our other smaller dogs. She is house trained and not aggressive. We would love to keep but due relocating it would impossible. We are really sad to see her go but would feel a lot better knowing she is going to a loving family.
