Hello, I`m Marco! I`m about 4 years old and weigh 73 pounds.Do you like...Dogs? I`ve done ok meeting dogs at the shelter. Please bring any dogs in the home to meet.Cats? I saw outside cats while in my last home and I wasn`t that interested in them.Kids? I can be a bit shy with new people and I`d like to start out meeting kiddos 6+.Anything else you`d like us to know, Marco? When left alone I like to comfort myself by chewing shoes. I need a little training so that I can be more comfortable when left alone and learn that shoes are for people feet, not dogs. I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Expect to learn more about me after adoption.It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption.My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! Tulip was found on 12/29/2025 at Highway 126 & Poodle Creek Road in Lane County. It is unknown at this time if she is spayed. If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. Since this dog is new to the shelter and we are still looking for their family, they are not viewable on the adoption floor at this time.The shelter staff is giving me some time to settle in and adjust to this new place. As we get to know each other a little better, the behavior team and veterinary staff will then be evaluating my needs. Please stay tuned for my updated information!Our shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs can be unreliable and for most dogs we are only guessing at their primary breed.
