Through this program, you can foster me to see if we are a good match before committing to an adoption. Ska was found on 5/19/26 at Harlow Road & Coburg Road in Eugene. He came into the shelter not yet neutered. If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. Since this dog is new to the shelter and we are still looking for their family, they are not viewable on the adoption floor at this time.The shelter staff is giving me some time to settle in and adjust to this new place. As we get to know each other a little better, the behavior team and veterinary staff will then be evaluating my needs. Please stay tuned for my updated information!Our shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs can be unreliable and for most dogs we are only guessing at their primary breed. Mishka was found on 5/19/26 at Cornwall Ave and N. Park Ave in Eugene. She came into the shelter already spayed.If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. I like playing with toys, catching tennis balls, splooting, holding hands, rotating your mattress for you, and doing butt-tuck zoomies in small spaces! Staff have discovered I can give a very good husky howl when I`m bored! I have a medical waiver that staff can tell you more about when you meet me.** Here is what a volunteer says about me:`Pelican is the biggest sweetheart. He will stick to your side like glue. Easy walker, well-trained, and loves people.` **Do you like...Dogs? I haven`t shown much interest with other dogs here at the shelter. I may be able to live with another calm dog who can co-exist with me. Please bring any dogs in the home when you come to meet me.Cats? My history is a mystery. A slow introduction would help set us up for success. Kids? I`m a little shy, so a quieter home may be best for me. 8+I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter.
