Originally adopted from DAWG, he ended up in a nearby shelter, came back to DAWG, was adopted again and subsequently picked up as a stray and then surrendered to another shelter. He is now back at DAWG and this time, we hope to find him a forever home. To make an appointment to meet him, complete the online adoption application at www.denisonanimalwelfaregroup.org. $75 adoption fee - he is neutered, UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, tested NEG for heartworms, been treated for parasites and on heartworm/flea/tick prevention.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Say hello to Scout! She was rescued in the Texoma area after (most likely) being dumped on a country road. She was taken in by a Good Samaritan, but no owner was found. So now she has been vetted including spay, and she is ready to find her forever home!   Scout was estimated to be about 2 years old when she was first found. She is super sweet with people and gets along well with other dogs, both male and female. She LOVES to play with other dogs so would appreciate having a canine pal in her new home. Scout is crate-trained and walks nicely on a leash. She is a high energy dog, so she needs an adopter who has a big yard and/or is willing to take her on regular walks and trips to the park.   Scout is being introduced to chickens -- slowly and carefully, always with supervision -- so if you keep a backyard flock, you could continue her training.   If Scout looks like exactly the dog you've been waiting for, complete the application today! Our Coby is an AKC-registered Siberian Husky, born on October 8, 2020, with a coat color of brown and white. We acquired him from an AKC Husky breeder. He is a very beautiful, lovely, healthy, and gentle dog. Coby is home-trained and crate-trained. This is a nice, friendly breed. He never assaults or hurts people. He likes playing tug-of-war and tag games.We love Coby so much and have had many happy times. But unfortunately, due to the severe allergies of my children, we are so sad and heartbroken to decide to rehome our lovely Coby. We are now looking forward to finding a nice family and ideal home to adopt our Coby, with time to dedicate to him and experience with active breeds.

I’ve got a goofy personality, tons of energy, and I love to play and cuddle. I’m confident, affectionate, curious, and I know how to sit like a good boy! I get along great with other dogs, kids, and even some cats. I walk well beside you on a leash (though I might pull now and then), and I’m always up for a game or some snuggles.
