Story
Nico is a 2-year old (as of 2025) light red/white husky that is needed a new home after his family developed severe allergies. He is a friendly boy that was the result of an "oops" litter. He is friendly with other dogs, neutered, and will be updated on shots shortly. He is on heartworm preventative and will be heartworm tested prior to going to his new home. He is respectful of a 5 foot fence, but like any husky needs a secure fence for safety. As with all huskies, we recommend no cats in the home due to prey drive.  ##2314402##

Story
Hi, I’m Morris! I’m a 2-year-old Husky mix weighing about 71 pounds. I’m a confident, gentle guy who enjoys being around people and is known for being well-behaved. I get along well with other dogs and kids, making me a great addition to many types of families. I walk nicely beside you on a leash and have a calm, easygoing personality. We’re still learning how I feel about cats, but if you’re looking for a handsome companion who’s confident, gentle, and ready for his forever home, I’d love to meet you.

Story
Hi, I’m Trevor! I’m a 1 year old Husky mix weighing in at 43 pounds, and I’m everything you’d want in a fun-loving companion. I’ve got a goofy personality, tons of energy, and I love to play and cuddle. I’m confident, affectionate, curious, and I know how to sit like a good boy! I get along great with other dogs, kids, and even some cats. I walk well beside you on a leash (though I might pull now and then), and I’m always up for a game or some snuggles. I do jump up when I’m excited, but that’s just my way of saying I’m happy to see you!

Story
Hi, I’m Chewbarka. I’m a 2-year-old husky weighing about 70 pounds, and I’ve got a big heart to match my size. I’m friendly, affectionate, and enjoy being around people, especially kids. I also do well with other dogs, so I’d fit right into a home with canine companions. I’m curious and playful, and I love having something to keep me engaged. I’m still working on my manners a bit, but I’m a smart boy and eager to learn. I walk well alongside you and enjoy getting out for fresh air and adventure. I’m not a fan of cats, so I’d do best in a home without them. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion who’s ready to be part of the family, I might just be your guy.

Story
Hi there! My name is Colleen, and I am an approximately 9-year-old, 50-pound female Siberian Husky mix with a heart full of love.I’m a sweet, affectionate girl who adores people and enjoys being part of a family. I love spending time with other dogs—especially male dogs—and I do best with calm, respectful canine companions. I can be a bit dominant with some female dogs, so I would do best with a male dog or a submissive female. Like a true husky, I’m delightfully chatty and love to “talk,” whether I’m sharing my excitement, asking for attention, or simply joining in the conversation. Some of my favorite things include playing with dog friends, soaking up belly rubs, chasing balls, and enjoying tasty treats. While I haven’t been around kids in my foster home, my gentle and loving nature suggests I could be a wonderful family dog. I would do best in a home without cats.I’m fully potty trained, walk nicely on leash, and have wonderful house manners. I am crate trained, and while I may protest a bit at first, I settle best with soothing classical music and when crated in a room with another dog—having a buddy nearby helps me feel secure and relaxed.Overall, I’m an easygoing, loving husky who would make a loyal, joyful companion. I’m ready to bring warmth, conversation, and lots of love into my forever home. ##2632538##

Story
Penelope (Penny) is about 3 years old & has been with us for the past year. She is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and happiest with her people. She's smart, eager to learn, and full of energy, so she needs an active owner who can provide structure and consistency.Penny is partially house-trained and crate trained but is an escape artist who can open basic latches, dig under fences, and jump them. She is also a strong chewer who needs supervision and appropriate outlets. She completed a two-week training program and learned quickly but needs continued training at home.Penny's perfect home is with someone experienced with high-energy dogs who has the time to meet her physical and mental needs. She cannot live with cats, chickens, ducks, or other small animals due to her high prey drive. This decision has been heartbreaking, but with young children, multiple pets, and livestock, we can't provide the environment Penny needs to succeed. We love her deeply and want to find her perfect home.
