She was taken in by a Good Samaritan, but no owner was found. So now she has been vetted including spay, and she is ready to find her forever home! Scout was estimated to be about 2 years old when she was first found. She is super sweet with people and gets along well with other dogs, both male and female. She LOVES to play with other dogs so would appreciate having a canine pal in her new home. Scout is crate-trained and walks nicely on a leash. She is a high energy dog, so she needs an adopter who has a big yard and/or is willing to take her on regular walks and trips to the park. Scout is being introduced to chickens -- slowly and carefully, always with supervision -- so if you keep a backyard flock, you could continue her training. Atlas was adopted as a puppy in 2019, he is 7 years old. He is such a loving and funny dog to be around! He needs to be the only animal in the household as he gets territorial with other dogs. We have a cat in the house and 2 kids and he has never been aggressive towards them. He is such a sweet dog and loves running outside, loves his toys, loves cuddles, and loves playing with the kids. He is skiddish and needs to be on a secure harness when walked & can be an escape artist! He is up to date on all shots and documentation can be provided. That being said we are looking for a loving home where he will be the only pet, preferably in a home with a good size backyard but not somewhere where he will be left outside all day. New owners can take his personalized bed as well.

Amos got to us after he had to go from the animal shelter to the vet clinic for an amputation. We don’t know why his front left leg was so damaged. We do know that the night of his surgery he managed to rip out all of his stitches and laid his head on the vet tech’s shoulder while getting wrapped for repair surgery the next morning.He is not quite a typical Husky as he’s very laid back. He doesn’t use his voice near as often as most Huskies although he does have a little growl in his conversational voice which isn’t nearly as off-putting as it might sound.Amos has great house manners, does fine on a leash, and would be a perfect go-everywhere boy for his family. He adores his humans and is very loving and outgoing. He is a social boy and meeting new people and animals is easy for him. He’s fine with cats and seems to ignore the livestock kids at his foster home.He is very engaged with his humans and loves to be as close when he doesn’t want to spend time watching the world go by from his perch on the porch. He will often ask to sleep outside but is willing to do what his human feels is best.Amos is fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and current with flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
