Story
Hi, my name is Sif and I am looking for my forever home. I was saved from euthanasia in a Roswell, NM overcrowded shelter. I am hoping to find my forever home in the PNW. My brother, Serac is also waiting for a home. Sif has been diagnosed with entropion (her eyelashes currently grow upward into his eye). If tagged, FORA will have her surgery done before he travels to WA. Vet has said that the surgery will rectify the issue ·      Sister to Serac (but not bonded) ·      Sif is a 2 year old female, 50lb husky. She has a beautiful reddish tinged coat and an absolutely precious face. She has done well with all the other dogs she’s met and has also been gentle and friendly even with young children. Such a good girl! She reminds us of Jenna from the animated movie “Balto” due to her sweet kind nature and her red colored fur. Sif needs a commited trial home in order to come to the PNW.  Her adoption fee is $500 (which will include a spay voucher) www.northwestwagrescue.org ##1857026##

Story
SCARLETT is a 2.5yo, 55lb White spayed female husky waiting for her furever home! She was found roaming the streets of a community in Guadalajara city, in very bad condition with scabies and malnourished.Since her resue, she has regained her weight and health.  She does well with non-reactive dogs, as she can be playful and overwhelming. Due to her size and exhuberent play style, Scarlett would be best with older kids. Scarlett is crate trained, good on a leash, and knows basic training commands. She does have a high prey drive and should not live with cats. Scarlett is highly intelligent and curious of her surroundings, very joyful and has a carefree personality.  She is an energetic dog and has the livelihood of a young dog. She is agile and daily activity is required, but she also loves big hugs and human contact. She can be dog selective so she might be best with  as an only pup, or a low-key dog that can keep up with her. Scarlett would love someone who has breed experience and knows about husky personality and care. She will be ideal with an active person or family that will include her in their life.  Scarlett is waiting for a foster or trial home to commit to her so that she can come to WA. Her adoption fee is $500 ##1675135##
