Story
Meet Millie a 7-month-old terrier mix bursting with personality, brains, and just the right amount of mischief. This Jack Russell/Rat Terrier blend is all things playful, curious, and delightfully energetic. Shes the kind of pup who will keep you laughing, keep you moving, and keep your heart very full. Millie is incredibly smart and already knows sit, down, off, come, and leave it and shes eager to keep learning. She thrives on activity, so her ideal home will include multiple daily walks, playtime, and continued training to help her grow into the amazing adult dog shes meant to be. Shes house-trained, sleeps soundly through the night in her crate, and happily runs in at mealtime (especially if there are tasty treats involved dried liver, sweet potato chews, or a frozen Kong are her love language!). This sweet girl adores people men and women alike and greets life with enthusiasm (and sometimes a bouncy puppy hello). She enjoys kids 10+ who can match her energy and respect her space. Millie is also cat-friendly, making her a great fit for a feline-inclusive home. Millie is still working through a few puppy challenges. She can be reactive with other dogs and would do best as the only dog in the home. She prefers to enjoy her meals and special items without canine competition, but she has no guarding concerns with people. Shes also learning leash manners and how to stay focused when exciting distractions (like skateboards or strangers in hats!) appear. Millie is currently making progress with separation anxiety in her foster home but would prefer a home where her family is home often. Shes happy to relax in her crate when her humans are nearby, but shell need a dedicated and patient home that can continue working on crate training and helping her build confidence to feel safe and secure when left alone. At home, Millie loves to check in with her people, enjoys a good snuggle before starting the day, and will happily curl up after a full day of adventures. She may bark at unfamiliar noises or visitors, but shes not excessive just a young dog learning the world. Millie isnt looking for perfect shes looking for someone willing to grow with her. With guidance, structure, and lots of love, she will blossom into an incredible, loyal companion. If youre ready for a clever, affectionate, high-energy best friend who will keep you on your toes (and smiling), Millie just might be your girl. Our adoption fees cover all up to date veterinary needs, including but not limited to: full veterinary examination, age appropriate vaccinations, fecal test and parasite prevention, wellness bloodwork, spay or neuter, and microchip. All dogs will be started on a 6 week trial of pet insurance after adoption. Story
"STITCH" a PINCHER/ JACK RUSSELL MIX, aprox 7 months old, who weighs barely 5kg. or 11 pounds. Anastasia noticed this little guy in an open garage, who's owner had every intention of letting him roam free-and even worse; un-neutered to get in all sorts of trouble. Anastasia approached the owner and convinced him to let her take the little dog with her. She named him "STITCH". "STITCH" is now a SPFG picture of health; fully vetted, vaccinated microchipped and soon to be neutered. He is also housebroken and leash trained. "STITCH" is a jovial boy, very friendly and playful with people and animals. He is energetic, curious, clever and sometimes a little mischievous, though food oriented and easily trained. But above all, he is affectionate, warm and cuddly. "STITCH" would be happy in any type of family. If interested in adopting our sweet boy please visit our website to fill out an application at; www.straypawsfromgreece.com You can also call us on WhatsApp at: 416-347-0009.

Story
Cody is a cheerful 10-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix weighing in at approximately 25 pounds, This happy fellow is vaccinated, neutered, and ready to find a loving forever home where he can truly thrive. In foster care, Cody has proven himself to be a friendly and social guy. He gets along well with other dogs and even cats, and while he may bark briefly when meeting new people or when someone comes to the door, he quickly warms up and shows his affectionate nature. Cody’s experience with children is unknown, but his love for adults shines through in every interaction. Cody is house trained, walks nicely on a leash, and knows basic commands like sit, stay, and come. He isn’t destructive when left alone and doesn’t bark when left alone, though he prefers having his humans nearby. Cody thrives on companionship and would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time, as he can become lonely if left for long workdays. This intelligent and active boy loves long adventures or short strolls, rain or shine. When it’s time to relax, Cody loves nothing more than jumping up on the couch to snuggle close with his people. He has a particular fondness for tennis balls, which he quickly shreds, so durable toys are best for Cody to match his playful enthusiasm. Cody’s ideal home would be with folks who can offer him plenty of attention, companionship, and love. In return, he promises endless affection, and will be a loyal best friend, adventure buddy and daily companion.    May 14, 2026, 2:43 pm

Story
QUICK FACTS  Name: Pori Age: About 6 years old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Terrier Mix Color: White Weight: 12kg / 26.5lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed    MY RESCUE STORY  I was just a tiny puppy, about two months old, back in 2020 when I, along with my fivesiblings, was left at a shelter because our previous owner couldn’t take care of us. Thanks to the kind people who rescued us, I was given a second chance at life. Now, I’m ready to start a new chapter of my life and find a loving forever home where I can be safe, happy, and part of a family.    MY HEALTH  • All vaccinations up-to-date • Spayed • Atopic Dermatitis    MY PERSONALITY  Hello, my name is Pori! I am a small and adorable terrier with a gentle, shy nature. I may be timid, but I have a big heart, and I am friendly with people and even allow new friends to pet me! With time and patience, and of course love, I know that I will bloom and be the best friend you’re looking for!     MY SOCIAL SKILLS  · With People: I may be a little shy at first, but I can be pet and be held in your arms with a little bit of time, after we become friends!   · With Dogs: I say hello to dog friends, but I enjoy my personal space. However, I rely on my friends for comfort and support, and I am more relaxed with a friend around! · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown (Cat test can be requested to ensure the best fit)   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY  I have moderate energy level – I like to be outside for my playtime and like to rest inside afterwards, all snuggled up! I’m not too familiar with walks, and may lie down if I get scared, so quiet walking paths are best. I can pull on the leash sometimes, but I usually follow my handler well.    TRAINING & HABITS  I don’t guard my food from people or dogs. I may bark at strangers, but with time and gentle introduction, I can warm up to new people. I am calm when I am in the kennel, but I am not too familiar with cars, and will need assistance getting in and out of the car.  I’m comfortable going to the bathroom both on indoor pads and outside.    MY IDEAL HOME  I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: • A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment • A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout • A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together • A family that will love and cherish me forever • A dog friend that I can rely on for support and guidance    SPECIAL NOTES  I may need a few days to adapt to the new environment, but with your gentle guidance and love, I know that I have the potential to be the best friend and the family member you’re looking for!    Pori's Youtube Playlist    Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org  For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2646751##

Story
QUICK FACTS Name: Churi Age: About 4 Years Old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Terrier Mix Color: Brown, Black and White Weight: 5kg / 11lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was found wandering the cold streets, trying to find my way through unfamiliar days on my own. The world felt big, lonely, and uncertain, and I never knew where I would end up next. Then kind people noticed me and brought me somewhere safe. For the first time in a long while, I could finally rest without fear. Now I’m learning that life can be warm, gentle, and full of care. With each passing day, I’m growing more hopeful about the brighter future waiting ahead.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Neutered & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I’m Churi. I spent some time surviving on the cold streets before being rescued, so the world can still feel a little overwhelming to me sometimes. Because of that, I can be cautious around people at first, quietly retreating to a corner while I figure things out. But underneath that timid side is a deeply gentle heart that truly wants comfort and connection. Once I begin to feel safe, I slowly lean into affection in my own sweet way. I may spin around nervously when someone tries to pick me up, but the funny part is that once I’m in your arms, I completely relax and melt right over for belly rubs. I also have very serious hobbies: burrowing under blankets, rolling around on the bed, and staying as warm and cozy as possible on heated blankets. With time, you’ll discover a soft, quirky little soul who quietly blossoms with love and trust.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I can be cautious when meeting new people and tend to take a little time to fully relax around unfamiliar faces. Even so, I’m willing to build trust gently—especially if treats are involved. Once that trust is there, my softer side naturally begins to shine through. I’m also comfortable being picked up, which helps me feel secure and cared for. · With Dogs: I tend to feel most comfortable around dogs close to my own size and enjoy their company in a calm, friendly way. Having another dog nearby helps me feel more secure and settled, and I often gain confidence from their presence. When meeting unfamiliar dogs for the first time, I do best with thoughtful introductions, as I may react if another dog is confrontational or overly pushy. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have moderate energy level – I  enjoy spending time outdoors and exploring at a comfortable pace, then settling down quietly once I’ve had my fun. Walks are something I generally do very well with—I stay nicely connected to my person and move calmly on leash. Busy roads and sudden loud noises can still make me uneasy, though, and unexpected movement may startle me enough to want to move away quickly. In calmer environments, I’m able to relax much more easily and enjoy our time together with confidence.   TRAINING & HABITS I’m gentle and trusting with people around my food and feel comfortable sharing space during mealtimes. Around other dogs, I prefer having a little personal space while eating and may quietly communicate that boundary if another dog comes too close. I’ll use my voice from time to time to let you know when I want something I settle calmly and do well in a kennel. I’m adaptable with my routine, comfortably using both indoor pads and outdoor bathroom breaks depending on the situation.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together A family that will love and cherish me forever   SPECIAL NOTES Other dogs bring me a lot of comfort, and I absolutely love playing and spending time with dog friends. Having a calm, social dog companion in the home could help me settle in more quickly and feel reassured. I’m still learning how to feel fully secure in the world, so I would do best with a patient family who understands sensitive rescue dogs and can give me time, routine, and gentle reassurance.    CHURI'S YOUTUBE PLAYLIST   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2736170##
