Hi there! My name is Aja and this is probably the most difficult thing I’ll have to do, but I am looking to re-home my fur babies. I will be moving to New York in about a year and wanted to give ample time to this process so I can ensure they find the right home(s). Here is a little information about each dog. I would prefer, but don’t require that they go to the same home. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Maui is a beautiful, sweet, and silly 100lb Double Doodle (her wisdom panel shows 45% Labrador Retriever, 32% Golden Retriever, 22% Poodle, and 1% Flat-Coated Retriever). She came to SPAR facing life and death, having to undergo her second gastrointestinal surgery. She luckily pulled through the surgery and the weeks of recovery. She had previously had a foreign body removal 6 months prior as a puppy. Maui is looking for a special home. Having already used two (or more) of her spare lives, her body cannot afford another foreign body removal or gastrointestinal surgery. She cannot have access to any toys or anything left out she can chew on (blankets, dog beds, her leash, plastic dog bowls, etc). She sleeps in her kennel at night and is great around other dogs of all sizes. She is learning about cats in her current foster home and might be okay around dog-savvy cats. She would be okay in a home with older kids that understand the safety concerns of leaving things out where Maui can get into them. She has decent leash manners and enjoys going on walks. She is very smart and would love to take additional obedience classes to bond more with her new family. Maui also has already had an incisional gastropexy, so no future risks of GDV, or “bloat”. Nala and Blue are a bonded pair of 4-year-old dogs looking for a loving home. Nala is a smart, playful Labradoodle who loves kids, swimming, and fetch. She walks well on a leash and knows sit, stay, and come. Blue is a gentle, loving Australian Shepherd who’s great with kids, enjoys playing with other dogs, and is also well trained with the same commands. They’ve grown up together in our family with two young children and have been together since puppyhood, so we hope to place them as a pair. We’re rehoming them only because we’re moving out of the country and want to find them a caring home where they can stay together and thrive.

Prince is our Adorable yet Loud Barking-Family Member🥰 He loves to play catch with balls & cuddle with his stuff toys. He loves to walk, especially at night. He knows how to sit, shake & stand by a command❤️ He would love to be combed & talked to while you scratch his head & belly. Levi is a black lab and is about 9 months old. He is very sweet, smart and energetic. He can sit, wait, stay, lay down and fetch. He loves the water and will fetch in the water. He is also potty trained and fully vaccinated. He is great with kids, we have toddlers and he is great with them. We are only looking to re-home him as we found out shortly after getting him we were expecting another baby. Shortly after that my husband's job went from local to bing out of state 5 days a week. With toddlers and a new baby on the way, we are just not able to continue to give him the attention, training and care he needs. We are hoping to find a food home for him. We were truly wanting to made him an addition to our family, in this season however I simply can't manage. We paid for him from a family in our community and paid for all his vaccines (including rabies shot), food toys and kennel. We are asking a small adoption fee just to off set all the money we have already put into him.

We rescued Rudy from our local shelter a few months ago. While he gets along with our other dog, he does not do well with our cat. He also loves and needs to be with his people and we have an extreme travel sports schedule as well as both my husband and I work. Our older son works as well as in school. Both of our boys play year round travel sports. We are out of the house way too much and he needs more attention than we can give him. He loves to cuddle, no food aggression, and potty trained but he needs a home where his owners are around more often than we are able to be.

Pretty Maddie, is a playful and affectionate black lab mix with stunning golden brown eyes that light up when she meets new friends. Her friendly demeanor makes her a great companion, whether you're playing with other dogs or simply enjoying a quiet moment together. She is particularly fond of chewing on bone-type toys and cuddling with stuffed toys, showcasing her playful spirit. Maddie is leash trained and demonstrates good listening skills, especially when a firm tone is used. She can be prompted to sit and wait for her turn for attention, displaying her eagerness to please. Maddie is both house trained and doggie door trained, ensuring she is a well-mannered addition to any home. Maddie and her brother, Mason, were unfortunately abandoned but were lucky to find refuge with a caring friend of our rescue organization.
