Meet Gabby! She is a 2.5-year-old Labradoodle weighing 43 lbs. Gabby came to us with significant hair loss from a breeding kennel (as shown in the last picture). At the time, we were unsure of the cause, but we now believe it was a hormonal imbalance, as the hair started growing back after she was spayed. She has now been groomed down to make all of the hair that she has the same length. There is a chance that the rest of the hair may never grow back, but there is also a chance that it will. Gabby is very shy at first, but is a gentle and kind soul when she warms up to you. She keeps her kennel clean, but will need some time to adjust to your new schedule. She is good with other dogs; cats are unknown, but shouldn't be an issue. She would do best with older kids, but younger kids will be okay as long as they are calm and understand to give her space if she needs it. Evo, is a four-year-old Labradoodle with an energetic temperament. We need to rehome him because he is starting to have trouble with our older dog. He is very loving and cuddly toward his people. Also very smart and a good listener, loves to play and snuggle. He just has some resource guarding issues and it is starting to become a problem with our older dog.

Dobby found himself homeless as a puppy and he had to be trapped with a humane trap since he did no really trust people. Can you blame him? He got tossed out probably for being a normal puppy. Anyway, Dobby has since recovered nicely, is a very sweet boy and he now loves people. He does need to be obedience trained, so a first time dog owner is not recommended. He is under 2 years old and really deserves to be in a home. A shelter is not a place for Dobby. Please consider adding Dobby to your home. Meet Ollie! Ollie is a fun, loving and energetic dog looking for a family that can keep up with his adventure spirit. He loves being active and would thrive with a family that enjoys walks, trips to the beach, playing fetch and spending time outdoors. Ollie is affectionate and enjoys being around people. He has a lot of energy so a fenced yard is highly recommended to give him a safe place to run and play. He is potty trained, though he may occasionally have an accident if he isn’t able to get outside quickly enough. Like many high energy dogs he can get into things and chew when he’s bored or left unattended for too long. Crating him when we’re away has worked very well and it’s helped prevent those issues. We’re looking for a home that understands his energy level and can provide the exercise structure and attention he needs. And in return you’ll get a loyal, playful and loving companion who is always ready for the next adventure. If you think Ollie might be a good fit, reach out!
