Story
We’re looking for a wonderful new home for Tater!! 🐶 About Tater: • Lab & Italian Greyhound mix • 1 year old • House trained • Sweet, loving, and full of personality With the school year starting back, our family’s schedule is about to get very busy with work, sports, and other activities. We are also downsizing, and after a lot of prayer and consideration, we’ve realized we won’t be able to give Tater the time, attention, and space he deserves. It has not been an easy decision. Our only goal is to find him a family that can give him the life he deserves. If you or someone you know is looking for a sweet companion, please send me a message. We’d love to find Tater the perfect forever home. ❤️ Please share to help us find the right family for him! 🐾

Story
Luna was adopted as a puppy and she is now 2 years old. She is an inside dog but loves going outside. She loves people and other dogs. She loves to go to the park or catching balls (when her sister isnt stealing them). She LOVES food and treats. She is great with babys/kids. She is very friendly and loves to cuddle but will happily go out on an adventure with you. Luna is a very chill/calm dog. She is NOT fixed but is up to date on all of her shots and I have all of her paperwork. She is a purebred lab (no papers). She will hit potty bells if left on the door and she also knows sit, lay, paw, back up and go potty. I just had a baby recently and live in an apartment and I will miss Luna VERY much but she deserves someone or a family who can give her all the time and love she deserves. Ideally we would like to rehome Luna with her sister Riley but willing to rehome individually.

Story
Meet Millie 🐾Millie is a 3.5-year-old rescue looking for a loving home where she can thrive. We’ve had her for a great 2 years. Despite this being a hard decision and preffering to keep her we want what's best for her and are unable to meet her needs at this time. She’s full of love and energy and would do best with a yard and possibly another large dog to play with. Millie loves rope toys, chew toys, tug-of-war and people. She’s fully house-trained, doesn’t chew furniture, and knows “sit,” “bed,” "stay" and “out.”She’s great with our baby and loves people. She does well with large dogs but isn’t a good fit for homes with cats or small dogs. With our busy schedules, infant, and upcoming overseas move we can’t give her what she deserves. We’re hoping to find her a home full of love, attention, and space to play 💛

Story
Meet Molly 🐾❤️ Molly is a beautiful 2-year-old Labrador mix who will be turning 3 in August. She is spayed, house-trained, crate-trained, good with kids, and good with cats. Molly is a loving, affectionate dog who enjoys being around her family, getting attention, and relaxing with her people. She has a sweet personality and loves being part of the household. Molly was rescued and has been a cherished member of our family. This is an extremely difficult decision, but with a small baby in the home, we have to put safety first. Molly has developed food aggression and has had incidents with our other dog when food was involved. Outside of feeding situations, she is a sweet, loyal companion who loves her family. Because of her food-related behavior, Molly would do best as the only dog in the home or with an experienced dog owner who understands resource guarding and can manage feeding separately.

Story
We are looking to find a forever home for Liberty, our charming Labrador/Shepherd dog. He is loving, smart, loyal, and protective. Liberty is good with our two children, loves cats, and is good with most dogs but he may not get along with large, intact male dogs. Liberty is a bit dominant, so he may need time to warm up to new people. Sometimes he will growl at new people especially men. But once you are a part of the pact, he is loyal like no other. He does well on a lead leash but may need additional leash training. He is a strong boy. Not a big barker but will bark when visitors come. He listens when commanded to go to his room. Eats healthy and kept very active. No health concerns. Up to date on rabies, but not the others as we are not a pro-vaccine family. Appointment is set to neuter him. Liberty loves to chase flies, loves belly rubs, and rolls around in bliss after being fed. He is a big goof ball. He likes to act tough, but deep down he is the biggest sweetie.

We found oatmeal as a puppy, she’s a sweet dog full of energy. Our house is small and as she’s gotten bigger it’s gotten to be too much. Would love to find her a home where she can run around and just be a young dog. She does well with other dogs.

Story
"Let me introduce myself. I am Hutch, a three year old Golden Retriever who may be a high mix because I have some white on my paws and chest. Thanks to the folks at GREAT Rescue, I am vaccinated, heartworm negative, wormed, microchipped and neutered but I didn't like that last part at all. The nice Vet did the surgery and I'm not sure about this whole thing but they say I will be healthier because of being neutered so I have to go along with it. I am currently living with my foster Dad and his two Goldens, Joey and Boston. They happily welcomed me into their home and I am having a wonderful time. I am getting into the family routine of waking up, giving everyone kisses, going for a nice long walk, having breakfast and then a little playtime with my brothers. Then we all take a nap and I snuggle with my foster dad too. Also, as you can see, I like to watch animal shows on TV!! When I'm not napping or eating, I love playing with stuffies and balls. there is a really nice yard here and I really enjoy running with Boston and Joey. I also like to investigate sounds and other little critters that come around-yup, Hutch Security Activated!! Like any puppy, I like all the toys for myself and I also nib a little when given a treat. My foster Dad says I should not nib the hand that feeds him! I do like to jump and he thinks I could dunk a tennis ball but for now, just retrieving is good enough for me. My dad says my manners are doing great and he reminds me often that I am a good boy.. I have been introduced to fruits and veggies too and they are yummy.. I also walk very good on a leash and love, love, love those walks where I can meet new people and see new things. I see cats on our walks but I don't like them and my foster dad turns me in another direction so No CATS for me! I am enjoying being in my foster home but I need a place of my very own soon. My new home should have another large dog of similar activity level and age, a large fenced yard, someone to walk us daily and is home most of the day, no children under 6 and someone who lives in NE Florida/SE Georgia. Please think of me and fill out an adoption application by going to www.greatrescue.org or for questions, please call 904-591-6899, our Rescue hotline, or 904-703-8348 YOU will be SOOOOO happy you did it"

Story
Sweet Betty hasn’t had the easiest time of it—she was originally brought to the shelter after being found as stray with an injured leg that ultimately required amputation. She then got adopted, but her owner was deported and now she’s back with us, hoping for a home that lasts forever. She really wants nothing more than to be by your side, as this affectionate girl is gentle and has had positive interactions with every person she meets, including kids. Betty Crocker has waited so long for just the right recipe of consistency and love, and we’re hoping to cook that up for her as soon as possible!
