Gets scared when there is fireworks and would refuse to use it. Will let you know when he has to go to the bathroom by moving a lot and goes from sitting to standing multiple times. Update 1/2/26 -This is an urgent rehoming for 2 dogs. My 11 year old son is extremely allergic to them. He has extremely bad eczema. I have tried everything to relieve his symptoms, except removing the pets. I will have no choice but to turn over to APS soon. Please consider giving them a good home 🙏. They are brother and sister from the same litter. They do not do well to be separated. They cry/whine when they are apart so they have to stick together. Scout is the male/bigger dog. Ginger is the female/smaller dog. They are both sweet dogs and trained for simple commands. They are inside dogs but love going outside. Scout is a great watch dog, but Ginger never barks. However she will take care of any unwanted critters in your yard. They are spayed/neutered. We have had dogs since they were weened but I cannot keep them any longer. I'm praying someone can adopt them soon into a good home. The rehoming fee will be donated back to the shelter.

Reddy is a very sweet boy who loves to be by your side at all times. Unfortunately after a divorce and with a busy work schedule that has frequent travel I can't give him the time he needs to be happy. Reddy also has an extremely hard time with shots and vaccines, making it difficult to keep up on those for boarding purposes. He is one year into a three year rabies shot, which required sedation. If I didn't need to board him so frequently I could manage, but with that he simply needs a home where people are around more often than not.

Wren was named after the small bird known for its resilience and its song. Wrens are delicate yet brave, surviving storms far bigger than themselves, and Wren carries that same quiet strength—soft, pure, and full of a hope that refuses to be silenced. Together, Benny and Wren are proof that love can grow even in the aftermath of cruelty.
