Story
Meet Waldorf (aka “Little Dog”) — your very own Mini Lab! 🐾✨* Waldorf came into foster care after being surrendered to local animal services with concerns that he had been hit by a car. After further veterinary examination, it was determined that his injuries were more consistent with an attack by a larger dog. He was left with a fractured sternum and several puncture wounds—but after weeks of rest, love, and excellent care, Waldorf has healed up beautifully. Now that he’s feeling better, his true personality is shining through—and let us tell you, this little guy is something special. Waldorf is basically a Mini Lab™: all the sweetness, loyalty, and snuggles, just in a perfectly portable 25-lb package. Waldorf is: 🐾 Dog-friendly with dogs both bigger and smaller than him 🐾 Cat social (yes, really!) 🐾 Thriving in foster thanks to his doggy role models Because of this, Waldorf must go to a home with another calm, friendly dog who can continue helping him build confidence. When he’s not following his foster dog brothers around like their tiny shadow, Waldorf loves snuggling on the couch or curling up in bed for maximum coziness. He is crate trained, appears to be housebroken, and is still learning that toys are not scary—they’re actually for fun and zoomies (he’s working up to those). Waldorf is vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up to date on all vaccines. He’s ready for a loving home that appreciates gentle souls, soft snuggles, and dogs who think being near you is the best hobby. * Mini Lab disclaimer: Waldorf is not actually a Labrador Retriever. He is most likely some sort of Beagle mix who just happens to have big Lab energy in a fun-sized body. 🐶💙 ✨ Waldorf is available for adoption through Runaways Animal Rescue. If you’ve been searching for a sweet, calm, cat-friendly, dog-loving, fun-sized “Lab-ish” boy, your search may officially be over.

Story
My partner and I got Ludo when he was 3 months old. He is now 3 years old. He is a good pup. Very energetic. Would thrive with having another dog or cat in house. He is potty trained and crate trained. He has been and passed obedience school. He still has the habit of jumping towards new people. Never aggressive. My partner and I have realized after recently moving that our lifestyle and Ludos lifestyles don't quite match. And with both of us soon starting school. On top of working. We believe that we wont have the time to properly give Ludo a life that he deserves. We just want him comfortable, happy, and fulfilled. A backyard or a place in which he can have all the attention in the world, whether by other animals or a different owner.
