Story
Stanley has been with us since he was a small puppy! He will need a special home with gentle love to give, as he is very scared in new situations. He loves people and is good with other dogs! He loves being outside and going on walks around our facility. We are working on leash training him, but as of now he’s quite scared to have a leash on. Stanley is good motivated and is super smart and eager to please. He loves playing in the water and just spending time with people. He’s medium energy and would make an amazing hiking partner! Stanley is a loving, loyal boy and he can’t wait to find his home! If you are interested in fostering or adopting Stanley, email wynnefoa@gmail.com

Story
Black Dog and Mystery need a home where their special bond will be accepted with open arms! They are a bonded pair that must stay together! Mystery, as her name implies, baffles us with her odd ways and behaviors. Though she loves our company and spending quality time with us, she doesn’t like physical affection and is terrified in new situations. Black Dog is her rock. They spend every moment together. Black Dog is a lazy guy, though he loves leisurely walks and exploring. Mystery is a bit more active and playful— she LOVES playing fetch! Black Dog does need a healthier diet and exercise balance that is hard to require in a shelter. We are trying though! Though Mystery is odd, she’s such a great dog and will make you laugh! These two have a lot of love to give and are waiting for their home. If you are interested in fostering or adopting Black Dog and Mystery, please email wynnefoa@gmail.com We'd prefer them to be the only dogs in the home just because they share such a strong bond! Story
Sharky would love a home where he can spend some time outside with his people! He would do best in a home without cats, but he’s good with other dogs and people. He would love a comfy bed for his nap time and a nice little pool in the summer! But he’s not picky, as long as he’s loved and cared for, he will give that love back tenfold!

Story
Sorrel came to us with his sister Tulip after a tornado caused some pretty significant damage to our town. He was lucky and was not injured like her! Sorrel would be such an awesome dog to train! He’d be a great working dog of some sort! Here he is sitting and waiting before thresholds. While I don’t have the time to do this with every single dog, it’s always amazing when I have time to work with some of them! Sorrel is one of my favorites to train— he’s highly food and toy motivated and learns really fast! I’m NOT a professional dog trainer (as you can see his “heel” isn’t very well-placed) but any kind of basic obedience is better than none! Sorrel can be wild at times, but during our short training sessions, he is always focused and eager to please!! At just 2 years old, Valerie is the total package—sweet, social, and simply irresistible. This lovely girl is crate trained, potty trained, and has all the makings of the perfect companion. Valerie is a gentle soul with a demure charm that wins hearts wherever she goes. She adores snuggling, and when she’s not curled up beside you, she’s likely romping around with her doggy friends or greeting new people with tail wags and happy chatter—yes, Valerie loves to “talk” and share her excitement! Whether it’s a cozy night in or a playful afternoon outside, Valerie is happiest when she’s part of the action. She’s looking for a forever home where she can be loved, included, and appreciated for the affectionate, joyful pup she is. If you’re ready to welcome a loyal snuggle buddy into your life, Valerie is waiting to meet you! Story
***Foster-to-adopt eligible***Meet Momo, Momo is a goofy, outgoing and social guy looking for a low to medium energy household with children 8 years old and up. . Don`t feel like getting dragged around on the other end of the leash? Momo is your guy. He likes to walk with you, or to happily follow his nose. Momo is also a fetch afficionado, he just doesn`t totally get the part where he has to bring the ball back to you to throw it again. Momo likes to please his person, but if you`re training with treats he can be a little rude at times, barking to tell you to give him the treat already! This handsome man is housetrained and hasn`t shown any separation anxiety in his previous home. He is the best boy looking to be the star animal of your home. If you are interested in meeting Momo, please bring all family members to meet him.
