Story
Jack Spratt is 6 years old Loverboy thst makes friends everywherehe goes.  He is such a combination of great breeds and his DNA profile is probably everything but the kitchen sink. For now let's say Lab/ Boxer mix with sprinkles of lots of other puppy dog tail wags.  At 6 years, he is a 64 pound, handsome dude that is strong. so easy going and a happy go lucky boy. His only manners need is to not pull on a leash.  He is potty trained, neutered and UTD on shots. He loves all people and playing ball is his favorite. Good with other dogs but no cats. Jack enjoys romping in a fenced yard and he likes the car rides.  He loves everyone and everyone who meets him falls fast and hard in love with him.  He never stops smiling or wagging his tail.  He is a favorite at at the vets office too.  We call him our gentle giant love muffin !  His human is undergoing serious medical issues and reluctantly must rehome this sweet boy she loves so much. Its heartbreaking for her.  Whoever adopts him is getting a lifelong, loyal and loving friend.  There is no better dog. If you are interested in treating yourself to a great dog and companion then email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com and let's have a talk!  PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.May 11, 2024, 12:11 pm

Story
Meet Zuri! Our beautiful little girl that is mixed with all sorts of gorgeous dog elements that include most probably Border Collie/Husky mix.  This crystal blue eyed girl has waited a long time to have her chance to be offered for adoption.  You see she was part of a cruelty case back in October and was severely malnourished and was pregnant with babies.  All her pretty babies have been adopted but poor Zuri was left behind.  She was taken from the small TN shelter last month to decompress and learn some home/family life.  She is ready now for a wonderful new family to call her own .  This girl is a mature and settled 3-4 years old, spayed, UTD on vaccinations, HW- and ready for the good life with a family that will love and cherish her forever. Her beautiful blue eyes and open personality will make you love her instantly.  This girl loves to run and play in the yard with other dogs and absolutely loves the water! She does good as your passenger in the car for pup cup runs and would do good in a home with older, dog savvy children that are 10 years and above. She is still learning not to pull on her leash and is doing very good at her sit command. Zuri just wants her chance to prove that she’s a great family member and cuddle up with you at night!  If you are interested in this housebroken, crate trained, pretty girl that deserves the best life from her on out…please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com     PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMay 11, 2024, 12:11 pm

Story
Meet Bonnie, a young dynamo whose zest for life is infectious and will get you up off the sofa to move and stay active.  Bonnie's journey to the shelter began with a misadventure involving a squirrel and a very surprised mailman. One day, Bonnie spotted a squirrel and in her enthusiasm, she zipped down the street and into the mailman's legs, causing a cascade of letters to rain down. The mailman, though startled, couldn't help but laugh at Bonnie's antics. Now Bonnie's at the shelter waiting for a family who can match her energy and appreciate her playful spirit. She promises a life filled with laughter, joy, and the occasional squirrel chase. Adopt Bonnie, and let the fun begin!  She's great with other dogs and is just a year old and 45 pounds. She's strong and ready to play chase or fetch.  If you are interested, please write to us. Ccrtennessee@gmail.com    PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMay 11, 2024, 12:11 pm

Story
Our 5 month old handsome Lab mix boy is called Finnick and he is a lucky little guy with a heart full of love.   This boy was taken from a home where he was not treated nicely and the threat of physical loomed very real for him.  No sweet and innocent puppy should ever be harmed because of human instability.  He is the happiest little guy who weighs 17 pounds and will be a healthy 50 pounds adult boy when fully grown.  This boy has energy and a lively personality that needs challenges and other dogs to play with. Finnick is not a loner and he will need companionship on a regular basis during the day.  He loves to chase the cats at the foster home as a game and he will beg other dogs to play with him too.  He is crate trained and housebroken and a wonderful little guy when it comes to playing and being around children.  He is the complete package as a family pet to consider adopting.  A fenced yard would be a good idea for this active boy to play for hours while you tend to things inside the home.  Please consider this handsome and happy boy and write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMay 11, 2024, 12:11 pm

Story
This is our little Black Lab mix sister, Louise, and she and her sister Thelma were found wondering on a country road after they were apparently dumped form a car or truck.  They were so scared and hungry, and soon this wonderful rescue woman who works with Critter Cavalry Rescue encountered them on the road and knew they would be killed if she didn’t stop to pick them up.  This girl is 8 months old and weighs 40 pounds.  She is healthy and very well adjusted now that she has spent two weeks with the foster mom and her pack of farm animals.  She is around dogs, cats, goats, pigs, horses and even new born puppies.  She is curious, sweet and just begging for some love and attention.  She is very polite and minds well.   She is like a sponge right now and we are wanting a family to scoop her up and give her all the secure love and reassurance that she deserves in order to grow smarter and more grounded with who she is.  She will be a 50 pounds adult girl and she will be a beauty that is loving, regal, positive and happy.  If you are interested, please email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com   She has been around grandchildren and does beautifully.
