Story
Chanel is her name, and she has been with us since she was a baby. She is now 3.5 years old and has grown into a loving, loyal, and energetic dog. Unfortunately, due to our busy work schedules, we are not able to give her the time and attention she truly deserves. This has been a very difficult decision for us because we love her deeply and want what is best for her. Chanel can be a little shy at first when meeting new people, but once she feels comfortable, she is full of energy and always ready to play. She is very smart and communicative. She lets us know when someone is at the door and when she needs to go outside. She would do best with a family that can give her plenty of time, attention, love, and playtime. We are looking for a caring and responsible home where she can thrive and receive the affection she deserves.

Story
Meet Raven — a 2-year-old, 60-pound Labrador Retriever who runs on joy, enthusiasm, and absolutely zero spatial awareness. 🐾😂 Raven is wonderful with her foster mom’s kids and has a heart as big as her personality. She is deeply, passionately, and unapologetically obsessed with toys. Stuffed, squeaky, bouncy — if it exists, Raven wants it in her mouth immediately. Now, a fair warning: Raven does not fully grasp that she is a medium-sized dog with actual mass. When she jumps onto the couch, she does so with the confidence of a puppy and the momentum of a bowling ball. She doesn’t guard her toys at all — she just grabs them enthusiastically, occasionally forgetting that human hands and legs are attached to the process. No malice, just pure Labrador enthusiasm. Because of her “full-contact play style,” Raven would be best with older kids who can laugh, dodge, and appreciate her lovable clumsiness. Raven is sweet, playful, and endlessly entertaining — the kind of dog who will make you laugh daily and keep life interesting. If you’re looking for a happy, toy-loving, slightly uncoordinated best friend who lives life at full speed, Raven is ready to cannonball straight into your heart (and possibly onto your couch). 🐶💥❤️ If you are interested in finding out more about Raven, please fill out an adoption application by copying and pasting the following link into your browser: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/BRO/Dog Raven is currently in Millbury, MA. The adoption fee is $500. Like Broken Tail Rescue on Facebook!. Follow Broken Tail Rescue on Instagram! Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs, we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label. We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.

Story
Hi, my name is Lulu and I am looking for my new home! I appear to be a lab mix, and I am a petite girl weighing around 45 pounds. I'm young and energetic, and my people think I am probably around a year old. I am the sweetest, goofiest girl you may ever meet! I've got a tiny tail and almost wag my entire body when I'm happy! I love to go for walks and play with my dog friends, and with my toys! I am a huge fan of the snow, and I love to jump in snowbanks every chance I get! I love every person I meet, and I can't wait to snuggle with my new family. I may do well in a home with children, another playful, friendly dog, or a dog-savvy cat. I'm a super smart girl and I know my basic cues like sit, down, mat, and stay. I would love to continue my positive reinforcement training with my new family! I am doing great with my potty training, and haven't had any accidents in my kennel recently. If you think I'm the one for you, please fill out an adoption application: https://operationdeltadog.org/adoption-application/

Hi, my name is Sage, and I am looking for my new home! I appear to be a lab mix, and I am around 3 years old. I weigh around 60 pounds. I'm a silly, playful girl! I love playing with my toys, zooming around the yard, going for walks, and spending time with my people! I'm a cuddly girl, and can't wait to find my own people to love and snuggle! I'm looking for a home where teenagers are the youngest members of the family, and I may do well in a home with another friendly dog or a dog-savvy cat. I'm a super smart girl, and I love to learn! I know all my basics like sit, down, stay, mat, etc. I would love it if my family continued with my positive reinforcement training. I appear to be house-trained. Please fill out an application if you think you are the one for me: https://operationdeltadog.org/adoption-application/
