The suggested adoption fee for Biscuit is $365.  Bullies-N-Beyond is a 501(c)3, non-profit corporation that is 100% volunteer operated. All dogs will also be adopted out as already altered if of age, for those not of age, a voucher will be provided. The adoptions for all of our animals will take place in the Omaha, NE area and must be done by the adoptive family in person. We do not ship or deliver. BNBR does not adopt on a first serve basis. Story
Kahlua....whether it's a delicious drink of one of our sweetest girls it can only be described as amazingly perfect! Meet Kahlua, a beautiful 1 year old, 45 lb Lab/Husky mix. In addition to her stunning good looks, this girl is sweet as can be and has the superhero capability of glowing! How you ask to make her glow? Attention! She adores all people and LOVES affection and wants to be the light of your life! She will be a great addition to any family. Kahlua previously lived in a hoarder’s home with (too many) dogs, cats, and children. In foster care she has enjoyed spending time with dogs of all ages and sizes. She is a bit timid when first meeting new people, but quickly warms up to be your best friend. She is a very gentle dog and would be fine with children of all ages. Kahlua is one of those great dogs that would fit in just about anywhere. She loves to be with her people and will be happy to provide all the snuggle time you could want. Kahlua would love to have a canine companion in her forever home to play with. She is used to living with other dogs, and loves romping around the yard with her foster siblings. A fenced yard would be great for her as she loves to be outside playing or relaxing on nice days. She is housebroken and has been doing well walking on a leash. Kahlua has been well behaved when allowed to free roam in the house but will go into a crate and does good. When the humans leave the house for short periods of time Kahlua will relax in her room with some toys and her chew bones. She does prefer to sleep with her people at night, so if you're willing to share your bed that's a big plus! To apply to be Kahlua's life and add some light to your life, apply at https://havenanimalrescuenebraska.org/adoption-application ADOPTION DONATION FEE $375     PLEASE SUBMIT AN APPLICATION AT: https://havenanimalrescuenebraska.org/adoption-application We do not have a facility. All of our animals are in volunteer foster homes. Once an application is pre-approved (contingent upon a home check) we will contact applicants that are a good match and set up a time for a meet. At that time we are happy to answer all of your questions. No inquiries prior to that please. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, examined by a vet, up-to-date on vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped. We adopt our animals as strictly inside companion pets. We will do a veterinarian reference check and a home safety check. We are located in Omaha, NE and we do not ship our animals. We are all volunteers so please be patient with us. Our requested adoption fees help go towards medical expenses, food, transportation, toys, and other supplies for our animals. We are a state licensed, 501c3 nonprofit rescue and the adoption donation may be tax deductible for you.  Thank you for choosing adoption!! May 9, 2024, 12:06 am

Story
I LIKE BIG MUTTS AND I CANNOT LIE! What up? The name is Skip, but I spell it $kip. I’m a 2 yr old, 80 lb, housebroken, crate trained, good-lookin’ mutt. Not 1 application has been turned in for me in 7 months though. Ain’t that a bunch of bull! I guess maybe it’s because I don’t like to kick it with other animals too much, but come on, I deserve a forever family too! I don’t need dog parks and play dates, but I’d love a running partner or a fenced in yard…And I don’t mean running from the cops or a fenced in prison yard. I want to sniff all the smells, snuggle with my people, chew all the bones and toys, go for car rides in the Benz, and be a loyal homeboy. I first came to this bada$$ rescue when they saved me and other animals from a hoarding/neglect case in a small Nebraska town. I had lived my whole life outside on a tight chain hooked to a tree…Unfortunately I’m not talking about a gold chain. The chain was basically embedded in my neck and required special equipment to remove. I had several canine siblings at that house who have since all been adopted, but now I’m requesting no more furry siblings for me. I love humans though and I dream about going on adventures with my own someday. I’m a strong guy, so your 92 year old Granny and your newborn baby are probably not great matches for my forever home. No disrespect.  I’ve been neutered, fully vetted and vaccinated, heartworm tested, microchipped, and I’m ready for my happy-ever-after! I would love to share my joy for life with you! My adoption donation fee is $250. Story
***Courtesy List*** Charlie is a charming 4 yr. old black lab looking for a new home.   Originally adopted from a shelter in 2022, he has been a well-loved member of the family.  Unfortunately, due to some health challenges faced by his owner, Charlie is looking for a new home that has the ability to handle his size and strength better.  Charlie is very friend and craves attention.  He loves to play fetch and play in the water.  He is neutered and current on his vaccinations.  Charlie is good with kids and other dogs.  He has never been around cats that we know of.  Charlie has been taking to some training classes.  $100 adoption fee.  All of our dogs are in private foster homes. We are not a shelter with hours. A visit can be arranged after an adoption questionnaire has been filled out and sent in. Please try to email first. We are all volunteers that work so we can not easily take or make phone calls.May 8, 2024, 6:13 pm

Story
Charlie is very energetic dog who loves people. He sometimes forgets how big he is and can be a little clumsy. He has had basic training and excels at sitting, staying, shake, and spins. Walks well with a no pull harness however fetch is not his choice of playtime. He’s done well with children around toddler age and above, we just think he needs more attention
