Story
This is Willow. She is 7. She is still very active. It’s important she has plenty of time outside. She sleeps inside in a crate and I don’t leave her outside in extreme weather. She is not a lap dog but she will stay by your side almost all the time. She likes to sit between your legs anytime she can! When she gets excited she pitter patters her front legs and it’s one of the cutest things I have seen. She also has a tiny howl she uses to say hi! She loves water! She knows cage, sit, and no/ leave it. She has never had any health problems. However, NO rope toys! She is an average barker. She is perfectly crate trained and house broken as long as you keep her on a schedule. She is not food aggressive however, if you have another animal who comes up and tries to take from her she will snap. She will also chase cats who run however, she has never hurt my cats. She has done great around children but has never been around them consistently. I have more to tell you if you’re interested.

Story
Olive is vaccinated and an indoor black Lab Retrieve who sometimes enjoys spending time outside, so she would likely adjust well to being an outdoor dog. She is potty and house trained, and knows basic commands such as sit, shake, and jump. Olive is very playful and eats Dog Chow; she will come with a bag of food and a crate. She is crate trained and comfortable around strangers. Olive is great with children and tends to bark at other dogs, but since she has been raised with another dog her whole life, she could gradually get used to being around them.

Daisy is an 8-year-old Labrador with the sweetest soul. She’s incredibly loving, gentle, and great with kids of all ages. Daisy has lived on a farm and in a neighborhood setting, so she’s used to space, people, and everyday activity. She absolutely loves people and gets along well with other dogs — everyone is a friend to her. Daisy has that classic Lab personality: loyal, calm, affectionate, and always happy to be near her people. She would make a wonderful companion for a family or anyone looking for a friendly, well-rounded dog to love.

Story
Roscoe is a gentle loving dog who is appropriately 9 years old. He was my son’s dog who was in a bad motorcycle accident and no longer able to take care of him. He is house broken and a wonderful family dog. We can’t keep him now due to carrying for special needs son. Roscoe does need a fenced back yard as he will roam if given the opportunity. Roscoe will make a great companion to the right person.

Story
Milo is a 3 year old energetic lab. I got him from a shelter over a year ago. Rehoming him is a very hard decision I have made because he is the sweetest and most loyal dog ever. Unfortunately I cannot meet his needs. He needs someone who can be home with him more often and preferably in a home with more than one person taking care of him. He has some behavioral issues such as chewing on things and pulling the leash. He cannot be left alone unless he is crated. He needs someone who is active, can meet his energy, and has experience in training dogs. I want to find an amazing home for him where he can thrive. He does ok with other dogs. He’s not aggressive with them he just sniffs too much and invades their space a lot and that can cause the other dogs to get aggressive. I am just not a great fit for him because there is not much space in my house and I’m very busy all the time. Please reach out with any questions!

Story
This beautiful girl appears to be a retriever mix of some kind, and she certainly has the sweet temperament that would make that seem even more likely. Dani is believed to be about 13 weeks old (giving her a birthday of 11/16/25) and is on target to be a large-size adult dog. At 13 weeks she already weighs 20 lbs and has big feet and lots of loose skin to grow into. Dani is such a chill little girl – she loves to be snuggled in to your neck and sit in your lap – so adopt her now while she still fits! If you think you might want to give this sweet pup a home, please email jojosdogrescue@gmail.com and we will send you an application, or visit our website: www.jojosdoghouse.com and download one. Adoption fee is $250, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, parasite treatment, and microchip with lifetime registration.
