Grimm is a sweet black lab mix with so much sass and quirkiness. He is extremely silly and fun. His favorite pastime is watching shadows and chasing a laser pointer. He does have generalized anxiety, OCD characteristics and can be skittish at first but warms up well to strangers, other dogs and children when given time and treated with respect. Grimm loves to run and play and does best when he has the space to access a yard or place to run about and frolick. Grimm has been trained twice by a professional and is good with most common commands.

Story
Meet Teddy! Teddy is a 5.5-month-old pup full of love, curiosity, and playful energy. He knows basic commands and is eager to please, though like most puppies, he still needs consistent reinforcement as he matures. Teddy is great with people—including kids—and thrives when he’s with his family. He’s still learning respectful boundaries with other dogs, so a home with a tolerant companion or as a solo pup might suit him best. Teddy will do wonderfully with someone who can offer structure, continued training, and lots of affection. If you’re looking for a loyal, lively companion to grow with, Teddy might be your perfect match! Teddy received initial vaccines at the shelter (including parvo), but his full vaccine record is incomplete—his next family should confirm and update as needed with their vet. He is microchipped and neutered.

Story
This little girl was found in Oklahoma with an open wound on the inside of her leg. A good samaritan found her and contacted us. We took her into our rescue with the first stop being at the vet. She healed up beautifully and is a happy, very energetic pup that LOVES people and other dogs and just wants to play. She is rambunctious and fun loving and absolutely LOVES children. She loves to play ball and will run and jump to catch it. She loves going on walks and would like to run but we are working on taking it slow. She is strong and healthy and beautiful. She has golden eyes and erect ears. She is very smart and is willing to obey. She is working on learning basic commands and she has a good attitude and just needs someone with patience and experience with this type very happy dog! She needs a fenced yard since she knows no danger and loves to run the pasture if given a chance. She is an inside/outside dog as she sleeps in the garage at night in her crate, and is in and out of the back yard in the day. It has been so hot in this area that she is in air conditioning in the daytime with short trips outside. She is very wiggly when hooking her to the leash, as she just wants to be petted and loved on. - and she also likes to stand up and give hugs! She has a best friend that she is with every day, so it would be good for her if she had another dog to cuddle up to and play with. Also, I would recommend someone with older children or someone that has experience with walking an energetic pup. She attaches to anyone that will show her kindness and love. She deserves a forever home as she had a rough start but now has a chance to live her best life. She is up to date on all shots, is spayed, and is heartworm negative; she is currently taking Heartguard monthly. Please contact me if you are interested in meeting her. We are in the North Texas area, near Sherman.
