Story
Meet Ziggy — Your Big, Bouncy Best Friend!Ziggy is a 3ish-year-old oversized goofball with the heart of a puppy and the body of a 65 pound marshmallow. He is a Lab Pit mix with the classic Lab build and that adorable square pittie head that makes him look like he was born for head scratches. This boy LOVES life. Everything is exciting. Toys? Exciting. Walks? Super exciting. New people? VERY exciting. He is the dog version of “WOOHOO!” wrapped in fur.Ziggy plays great with other dogs and reads the room surprisingly well. If a dog tells him “Hey dude, chill,” he politely backs off. His size can be a little intimidating at first glance, but his personality is all sunshine. He is friendly with dogs of all sizes although his enthusiasm might be a bit much for small or timid pups.He is also an A plus water dog who loves to play outside, splash, swim, and then come inside for a good chill session. When it is bedtime or downtime, he settles in after about fifteen minutes and becomes a cuddly, snoring couch ornament.Ziggy is:• House and kennel trained• A great walker although he still pulls a little because he is strong• A playful chewer when bored so he should be kenneled when unsupervised• A sweetheart with people but can be jumpy at first because he is excited to say hello• A bit clueless about his size which makes him feel like a giant toddler in a medium large bodyBecause of his enthusiasm and occasional jumping or leash pulling, Ziggy would benefit from an adopter willing to continue a little basic training at home. He is smart, eager to please, and will absolutely thrive with a family who gives him structure and love.If you love big happy wiggly dogs who bring laughter into every room they enter, Ziggy is your guy. He will make every walk every play session and every lazy afternoon feel like an adventure. He just needs a family who loves him back.

Story
We acquired her from a family who just had puppies in East Texas. She is 5 years old. She is loving, people loving and playful. She is scared of hot air balloons ( not sure why). She likes to eat at the kitchen table. She has her own chair :-). The new home should have only larger dogs. She had issues with small dogs for some reason that we are not sure why. She loves kids and is very loyal. A nice size yard would be best as she likes to run around.

Story
Yellow labDougie is a lovely large male dog. He’s an older adult but still has plenty of energy. He is very gentle with kids and humans and gets along with most dogs but has not been around cats. He tends to have the calming influence of a Lab on a household. He should not be put into a household with another alpha male dog. He is protective of his family and home and would be great for a family looking for a dog for safety reasons. Dougie will make a fantastic dog for any family. He is housetrained and fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and is on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. His vet records will be turned over to his adoptive parent(s). He is ready to find his forever home!
