Ralphie is a sweet and friendly boy who loves to play but also spends quite a bit of time lounging and napping. He would be happiest as an only pet in a child-free home. Ralphie is gentle, but can jump on people when excited. He is house trained, leash trained and eager to please. Nebo’s my name, playing is my game! I live with lots of other dogs and I love to play with whoever will play with me. I am good at keeping up with the big kids or being less rough for the little ones. I am a very high energy guy so I can wear out a lot of my buddies and still have energy leftover. I will chase cats if they want but most of them don't want to be bothered by me. My favorite is being with people. I have a want-to-please personality. I love it when my foster parents take me to PetsMart and I get attention there. I love people of all sizes and ages but my rescue friends say I'm too active for some people. I have good house manners and can even be in a crate if I have to be. I’m a Lab / Cattle Dog mix, weigh about 55 pounds, and my birthday is 3/8/14. He tends to have the calming influence of a Lab on a household. He should not be put into a household with another alpha male dog. He is protective of his family and home and would be great for a family looking for a dog for safety reasons. Dougie will make a fantastic dog for any family.
