Story
Clarence is a gentle four-year-old, 92 lb, Great Pyrenees mix searching for his forever family. In his foster home, Clarence has made remarkable progress, he has gained healthy weight, built up his confidence, and learned to trust new people. He may be a little shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, Clarence will shower you with deep loyalty and affection. He thrives on companionship and forms strong bonds with those he trusts, bringing happiness and warmth to everyone around him.larence enjoys his daily walks and is wonderful on a leash, making him an ideal partner for outdoor adventures. He gets along well with most dogs after a slow introduction and would do best with someone who has experience with Great Pyrenees or a good understanding of dog behavior. Clarence is fully potty trained and is respectful in the home, though he prefers not to be crated and would love a home where someone is around during the day. Clarence’s ideal home is one where he can be part of the family’s daily life. He would thrive in a calm, patient environment with people who understand large breeds and are willing to give him the time he needs to settle in. Because Clarence values companionship, he would do best in a home where he isn’t left alone for long periods. He’s looking for a family who will offer him kindness, consistency, and the chance to continue growing into the confident, loving dog he’s become. If you’re interested in adopting Clarence, you can apply at www.rescuerowinc.org *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 2-4 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee  Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee  Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##2470761##

Story
We are absolutely smitten with this sweet boy! Edward is 8 1/2 weeks old, weighs 10 lbs, and is expected to be between 46–77 lbs when fully grown. According to Wisdom Panel, he is a mix of seven different breeds, with the top two being 42% Great Pyrenees and 33% American Pit Bull. Edward already knows how to sit on command and is doing very well with potty training. He loves everyone he meets and does great with other dogs. He enjoys his toys and is wonderful at entertaining himself, but he’s also incredibly affectionate and never misses a chance to give kisses. If you are interested in adding Edward to your family, please submit an adoption application at www.rescuerowinc.org. Due to his breed makeup, he will not be placed in an apartment. *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 48 hours. Story
Winter is a stunning boy with a heart full of love! Despite a horrific past, he remains incredibly sweet and affectionate. This poor pup was forced to spend 12 to 16 hours a day in a hard kennel and was rarely let out. When he was, he endured the sweltering heat outside. Thankfully, authorities intervened, and his owner surrendered him.   When Winter arrived, he was covered in filth and appeared to have never been groomed. Now, he is clean, happy, and eagerly waiting for his forever family.   Winter adores children and people of all ages. He gets along with other dogs, as long as they’re not dominant or aggressive. This 105-pound gentle giant has so much love to give and is truly a fantastic dog.   Winter is currently in boarding and needs a loving home to thrive in. Could you be his forever family?   Age: 4 years, 4 months  Gender: Male  Size: Large (105 lbs)  Shots up to date: Yes  Spayed/Neutered: Yes   Applications to adopt Winter are available at codysfriendsrescue.org. ##1494633##
