Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. A lady on Next Door reached out to our rescue partner and asked if she could help a kitten. She was found in a bush alone in Torrance, Ca. SHELL was feisty and so small. SHELL has been ready for her FUREVER home. She is not a lap cat. She has lived indoors with her foster siblings. She is sweet but not fond of being picked up. We can see in her eyes that she longs for a real chance to be loved!! She loves to play and will allow you to pet her. She will need a very patient family. In the proper home, she will flourish. She is still very timid, but you can win her over with CHURU treats!! She's addicted to those! SHELL is a DILUTED CALICO / MAINE COON MIX. She is about 2 years and 6 months old and is good with cats. In her foster home, she was around other kittens and older cats. She has never been around children. We are not sure how she will do with dogs. SHELL is currently located at our rescue in Hemet, California. ADOPTION PROCESS: 1. Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is between 4 pm - 9 pm. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3 hour shifts.
