Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. A lady on Next Door reached out to our rescue partner and asked if she could help a kitten. She was found in a bush alone in Torrance, Ca. SHELL was feisty and so small. SHELL has been ready for her FUREVER home. She is not a lap cat. She has lived indoors with her foster siblings. She is sweet but not fond of being picked up. We can see in her eyes that she longs for a real chance to be loved!! She loves to play and will allow you to pet her. She will need a very patient family. In the proper home, she will flourish. She is still very timid, but you can win her over with CHURU treats!! She's addicted to those! SHELL is a DILUTED CALICO / MAINE COON MIX. She is 21 months old and is good with cats. In her foster home, she was around other kittens and older cats. She has never been around children. He was turned in as a stray but his mannerisms were not of a street cat. He is hungry for affection, but everything scares him. THUNDER loves other cats. He is incredibly social and enjoys a good cat cuddle/grooming session with his feline friends. He loves his hammock and enjoys looking out the window. He runs up and down his cat tree and can play for hours by himself or with another kitty friend. He is incredibly food motivated and will lick his lips while waiting for his canned food. He is a very sweet, loving young male. He will melt your heart with his cute little face, fluffy tail and shiny black coat. He is experiencing the world in a new way, with love and kindness. But he is still skittish and learning to trust. He is looking for someone with a little patience and a lot of love to give. Actually him and SAFFRON have become very good friends and we're so hoping that these two boys that have had a really crappy life can go home and be happy together! Our vet tried to find her a home for over a month. She then asked us if we could take her. They could not touch her and she would hide. Well after a month with us, this sweet girl showed us he true colors. We re-named her NEVAEH which is heaven spelled backwards. She is truly the sweetest girl ever. But like a typical female tortoiseshell, she can be sassy. But all she wants is love and pets. She absolutely loves and needs her can food. You can pick her up and she is ok. She needs and likes to be brushed. NEVAEH has already been through a lot. She lost her home and she still has so much love to give! Won't you give her a real FUREVER home? These poor babies were living in someone's yard in the heat. Needless to say, the rescue mama set course the next day to pick them all up. BRITANNIA was adopted and we thought she had found her happily after. Well, we received a call from the shelter that she was found as a stray miles away from her home. She was adopted 3 years ago. We reached out to the adopter and never got a response. So she is back with us. BRITANNIA loves to be petted. She can be shy at first. When you pick her up, she will stay still and allow pets. You can see in her sweet little face that she just wants to be loved. She needs a real family that will love her like their own family member. Please note: She will not adjust in one week or even in one month. If you can't love her just the shy way she is, please don't apply. AJ loves cuddles and all the attention to himself. He wants to be the king of the house. The reason I’m a looking for a new family is that my boyfriend and I moved in together with our pets. Since then AJ had barricaded himself in my bedroom and doesn’t want to leave. He is scared. I feel bad for him and feel that this isn’t right environment for him. When he was a kitten, my bf found him trapped inside neighbor’s car. He was rescued and my bf took care of him since then. He is a ball of cuteness that would share his love and cuteness once he gets to know you better. His favorite activities are cuddles, pure, and making biscuits. He is okay with cats, but gets nervous around high energy dogs. Thus, home without dogs would be the ideal place for him

Thank you for your interest in BB! He is an adult now, unfortunately his picture has not been updated yet. His story is a sad one. He was adopted into a family, but when they decided to move they gave him to a neighbor. That neighbor turned him into an outdoor cat, and he struggled that way for some time. He was finally picked up by animal control and taken to the shelter, who then contacted us. We picked him up immediately. But our sweet baby is having to relearn his trust of humans. It will take a very special family to give him the time he needs to remember that he's safe and loved, and can trust his people. Are you interested in being that for him?

Hello my name is Slyvester!  I am approx 10 months old. I am a handsome long haired tuxedo. My life started off on the streets of Perris, Ca. A nice lady set a trap and got me into foster care with a rescue. I have been in foster care for a while and friendly kitty school and have officially graduted into a friendly cat.  I love other cats and love playing with my foster brother Latte. He was also caught with me.  I love treats and am food motivated. I enjoy a good sleep session and kitty yoga. I am always working on my poses and stretches. My perfect home: A patient person to allow me some time and space to acclimate. Someone who will buy me lots of treats so I can continue to work on trusting new humans. It would not have children or a dog because I have not been exposed to either. ##1568873##
