Maine Coon kittens & cats in Darby, Pennsylvania

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION: Edgar is an adult Maine Coon. He is a big, cuddly boy. Edgar needs a diet of good quality wet food, not dry. He has problems with constipation. He has tested positive for FIV, but is in good health. Recent dental. He will be stressed by other male cats and will be aggressive, but is fine if those other cats are calm. He gets along with females okay. He does not like dogs. He is very affectionate and sweet toward people. He is stressed around small children. Edgar needs in an adopter who has a good relationship with their vet. Edgar is trained to allow claw clipping and likes carriers. He will need frequent claw trims. He is very good with medical care, including oral medication and fluids. He is a large cat, and Maine Coons are smart and need a lot of enrichment in their environment in order to not become destructive out of boredom. The right adopter will understand that a large long haired Maine Coon will need certain additions in their environment and diet. We are not sure exactly how old Edgar is, but we suspect over eight years.

Rosemary is a Maine Coon mix, with Dwarf features. She is very small, with chubby little legs and a fluffy tail. She has Maine Coon jaw development, ears, and very much a Maine Coon personality. Rosemary is very outgoing and playful. She can be shy, and will run and hide when startled, or at loud noises. She loves bags of any kind and will play for hours with a paper bag!

Leia has been my quiet companion for many years, adopted from a shelter and always full of grace. She’s 13 years old now and entering her golden years with the same gentle spirit she’s had from the start. Leia is calm, affectionate, and independent, a true old soul. She loves string toys, soft spots to nap, and peaceful environments. She’s not a loud or demanding cat; she simply enjoys being near her person, observing the world with those wise green eyes. The two of them are often found playing - their favorite thing to do is wrestle each other and chase each other around the room. They are very entertaining to watch! They also enjoy playing with their toys, especially the wand ones. When they aren't playing, you can find them snuggled up on someones lap for a nap. She's been through a lot of changes in the past few weeks - from being in a scary shelter, to a foster home in NC, then transported across the country to us. She is still decompressing, and we are excited to get to know her true personality. She is sweet and lets us pet her.
