Madero sleeps in his crate at night and is housetrained in his current foster home. Madero can be a little shy at first but once he warms up, he's the best cuddle buddy. Little Coco Puff is full grown at about 6 pounds. She’s a teeny weenie little bundle of joy – a real pocket puppy who would make anyone a happy little buddy. Coco was raised in a loving home with a woman who had severe diabetes. This lovely woman cleaned my vet’s office at night and always took Cocoa Puff with her – of course, since the woman worked in a vet office, Coco Puff got the best vet care, so she’s definitely a healthy, happy, social little monkey. But then the saddest thing happened – her human mama died suddenly of diabetes which left Coco Puff and two other little darlings, Jax and Henry homeless. Poor Coco is still in a bit of shock over losing her home, but she warms up beautifully after even only two days. She’s a quiet little girl – not at all barky or hyper. She never wanders beyond my front yard and would love nothing better than to sit on your lap while you’re watching a good movie or reading a good book. Coco is wonderful with all other dogs – big ones and small ones. She’s delightful with children and with cats – in fact, one of my rescue kitties weighs four times as much as a little Coco and Coco’s not sure what to make of that! Of course, Coco is spayed and up to date on all her shots, She’s also house trained and crate trained. To brighten your holidays, come meet little Coco Puff and take her home for a few days – she’s looking for a loving and calm forever home. I am a firm believer in having potential adopters take a pup home for a “sleepover” to see how your family, your other pets, and your new best buddy all get along. We always take our rascals back if it isn’t a good fit. Kindle was found as a stray and taken to the San Humane Society. Sadly, she wasn't claimed, so on December 2nd, we welcomed her as a Frosted Face. Kindle is estimated to be 8 years old and weighs 19 lbs. She is super sweet, gentle, and good with children and other dogs! A volunteer and her children took Kindle on a special outing and shared this glowing review afterwards: "Kindle was a perfect passenger in the car, laying down and falling right asleep in the seat next to me. After school, we attempted a walk to the park. Kindle is great on the leash and preferred smelling and exploring. Kindle is so sweet. Truly not an aggressive bone in her body. She let me wipe near her eyes, tolerated multiple kids, and even sat inches away while there was human food and had no reaction or aggression whatsoever. Kindle LOVES scratches! At the end of the day, I think she enjoyed being lazy and getting scratches the most today! She makes the cutest “happy howl” when she’s getting good pets. We couldn’t handle how cute it was! (See video.) I encourage anyone looking for a very easy, and loving dog to come and meet Kindle soon!" Kindle is currently on a two-week Frosted Fling, and we are so glad this sweet girl is receiving lots of TLC in the comfort of a home while she waits for her forever family. Her Fling Mom reports: "Kindle loves being with people. She's ideal for someone who wants a quiet, calm, friendly and loving companion to cuddle up with.
