Rylie is likely to be a small-ish dog when fully grown, as mom looked like a Maltese/poodle mix - that's just a guess, though as we don't know who dad is. Rylie loves attention and would love a home where she could hang out and snuggle with her family all day! Being on a lap is her favorite place to be! Outside of snuggling, Rylie loves to be outside, exploring new places, and meeting new people. She is very confident and wants to be in on all the action. She loves to chase toys and then calms down easily for a snuggle. Rylie is currently puppy pad trained, and will work on outdoor potty training as she continues to grow, and the weather warms up a bit. Rylie is very food motivated and learned to sit in about five minutes, so continued training should be fun and easy!  Since Rylie loves to be around her people, she can be vocal when she wants attention. She’s around 9–10 years old and has some medical needs, but she is full of love, calm energy, and quiet companionship. She is incredibly gentle and wonderfully quiet — truly a dream dog for anyone with shared walls or a peaceful home. She never barks for attention, food, or visitors. Instead, she prefers to quietly observe the world around her, taking her time to warm up before offering her trust. Once she feels safe, she loves being in the same room as her person, napping nearby, and soaking up the comfort of simply being close. Tallahassee is doing beautifully with potty training on a schedule. She uses a potty pad on the deck when it’s too cold and keeps her kennel clean when left alone. She now sleeps with her foster mom and loves the routine and security of being close at night. She enjoys slow walks, sunshine, and finding excuses to stay outside just a little longer. Indoors, she has claimed a sunny spot on the sofa as her personal throne. She doesn’t explore much, preferring cozy rest over wandering. She loves being brushed — as long as you avoid her face — and will gently hide her head if grooming gets too close to her sensitive areas. Tallahassee is wonderful with other dogs and never barks or shows aggression. She may get nervous if another dog rushes up too quickly, and she can be scared in new situations, sometimes trying to slip away until she feels safe again. She’s also currently afraid of car rides. She has several medical needs: a heart murmur requiring twice&#226&#128&#145daily medication, severe dental disease, and a hernia. Because of her heart condition, she cannot undergo anesthesia, so her dental and surgical needs cannot be addressed. My name is Stetson, and I’m a sweet, sensitive little guy with a big heart and lots of love to give. I might seem a little shy when we first meet. New people, loud noises, and busy environments can make me nervous, so I like to take a moment to watch and make sure everything feels safe. But once I get comfortable and learn the routine, I truly blossom into the happiest, most loving companion you could ask for. My favorite place in the world? Right on your lap. I’m a total cuddle bug and love being close to my people. I’ll happily curl up with you for snuggles, but I’m also a playful little guy who enjoys toys and having fun with the people I trust. I’m a bit goofy too, which means I can make you laugh while we play together. I’m very eager to please and already know some helpful words like “come,” “outside,” “quiet,” and “go potty.” I’m potty trained and will use both potty pads and go outside like a good boy. I do best in a calm home where things aren’t too loud or chaotic. Little kids and lots of commotion can feel overwhelming to me, but gentle adults or older, considerate kids are much more my speed. At just about 9 pounds, she’s a delicate little soul who has survived more than she lets on. Missing most of her teeth, she sports a permanently peeking tongue and needs her kibble softened, but she doesn’t let that stop her from enjoying life in her own quiet way. Albany is very fearful of human contact and still prefers to keep her distance, often scampering away when approached. She’s cautious with men, women, children, loud noises, and new environments—pretty much anything unfamiliar. But she’s slowly learning that safety exists, and she’s beginning to show tiny glimmers of trust: a tail wag, a quick dash toward her foster to sniff a hand, then a speedy retreat. These small moments are her version of bravery, and her personality is just beginning to come out.  When she goes outside, she likes to do the back scratch boogie, but only if no one is watching because well, she is still working on that confidence.   What truly brings Elfie comfort is the company of other dogs. She blossoms around confident, friendly pups—playing, following their lead, and learning how to be a loved pet by watching them. A companion dog is essential for her continued progress. She would also do well with calm, patient adults who understand that trust for her will come slowly, in tiny steps, over time. This sweet girl is crate trained at night and sleeps quietly in her foster’s bedroom. During the day, she may bark a bit when crated but settles. Potty training is still a work in progress; she knows what she’s supposed to do outside but still has accidents, so diapers are helpful when she can’t be closely supervised. A fenced yard is required, as she is a flight risk and not yet comfortable on a leash.  Although she has started getting a bit better at it, she will still freeze when a car goes by so until she can master the leash, a yard will help keep her safe.   Despite her fears, Albany has shown moments of joy—playing with toys, interacting with other dogs, exploring the yard, and even showing a little goofy side. She has great potential with the right family: one that is patient, gentle, quiet, and willing to let her set the pace. With time, love, and a confident canine friend, Albany will continue to grow into the sweet, quirky little companion she’s meant to be. **Meet Willie ** **Secure Fence attached to the house and other dogs in the home are required to adopt Willie.** Willie is a 13-pound teddy bear with a big personality and an even bigger love for other dogs. If there’s a playmate nearby, Willie is all in! He absolutely thrives in the company of canine friends and would love a home with another playful dog to romp and bounce around with. Ok, lets be truthful. Willie wants 10 dogs in his new home as he wears each one out. haha Willie also loves TOYS and doesn't mind the snow. Willie is a happy, friendly little guy who enjoys being part of the action — especially if that action involves dogs. He prefers dogs over people and is what we lovingly call “fearful of capture.” That means he doesn’t like being cornered, grabbed, or forced into something before he’s ready. If you try to catch him, he’ll dodge like a tiny ninja. It’s not mean behavior — it’s self-protection and uncertainty. With understanding and respectful handling, he does beautifully. The good news? Willie is smart and thrives with routine. He is kennel-trained, and his kennel is a helpful, positive tool when it’s time to leash up. He is potty-trained and does best with a securely fenced yard attached directly to the home, so he can go in and out without needing to be physically caught. This setup helps him feel safe and keeps everyone stress-free. Once he is actually on a leash or picked up, he is very friendly. Willie loves going for walks and does well in the car. Meet Our “Gentleman’s Club 7” Breeder-Release Maltese Dogs 🌼 (Reginald, Clarence, Edwin, Percival, Wilfred, Bertram, and Theodore) Meet Edwin 💙 — a tiny 7-lb Maltese with a huge personality and a talent for making people laugh. Edwin is a funny little guy who brings big, joyful energy… especially when other dogs are around. Edwin is still getting used to living in a home with people. He will snuggle his foster mom on his own and is slowly becoming more comfortable with being petted. However, Edwin is still scared of being picked up. What he lacks in confidence with people, he more than makes up for in his love of dogs — they make him very happy and help him feel safe. Edwin is under-socialized, but with patience, gentle handling, and consistent, kind routines, he is beginning to feel more secure and learn what it means to be loved.
