Story
Lyla is a Maltese/Pomeranian/Poodle/Shih Tzu mix, female, 4 years old and is 8 pounds. Lyla is such a sweet pup! She loves cuddles and playing with people or other dogs. She likes hanging out in the backyard and chasing crickets. She sleeps quite a bit throughout the day but of course still has her spurts of energy!She does have some ongoing skin sensitivities/allergies she’s currently working through, which has caused some hair loss from scratching. We manage it with frequent baths and medication as needed. She’ll need someone who can help stay on top of her care, but she’s such a loving girl and will do great with the right person.

Story
Comet was being Euthanized by his owners, he was with one family 8 years. When they moved from a house to an apartment he became anxious and bit when trying to get him from under the bed. Comet has been in my rescue and my house ever since while I try to find him a new home. He's been through behavioral training and would do best in a home with not other pets, he is a very young 8 year old and having a nice walk everyday keeps him healthy and happy. He enjoys chasing squirrels and acting like a dog. He's actually a great protector and would do great with an active owner . He is neutered,microchipped, UTD on shots and on HW and flea prevention. Kai is a sweet, intelligent and affectionate Maltipoo who forms a very strong bond with his person. He loves being close to his favorite human, cuddling, relaxing around the house and being part of everyday life. Kai can be a wonderful companion, but he does have some behavioral needs that are important for his future family to understand. He can become very possessive of his primary person Interestingly, when his primary person is not present, Kai generally behaves very well with other members of the family. His difficulties appear to be most pronounced when he feels the need to guard the person to whom he is most attached. Kai’s Diet Kai has been raised on homemade food rather than kibble, and maintaining his diet is very important to us. We are looking for an adopter who is genuinely willing and able to continue preparing appropriate homemade meals for him and who understands that this requires ongoing time and commitment.
