Story
Comet was being Euthanized by his owners, he was with one family 8 years. When they moved from a house to an apartment he became anxious and bit when trying to get him from under the bed. Comet has been in my rescue and my house ever since while I try to find him a new home. He's been through behavioral training and would do best in a home with not other pets, he is a very young 8 year old and having a nice walk everyday keeps him healthy and happy. He enjoys chasing squirrels and acting like a dog. He's actually a great protector and would do great with an active owner . He is neutered,microchipped, UTD on shots and on HW and flea prevention. Meet Sully, a loving six-year-old Maltipoo (Maltese and poodle mix) who has been a cherished part of our family since he was just a couple of months old back in early 2020. This fun-loving boy is fully house trained and crate trained, and he has the sweetest, most affectionate personality you could ask for. Sully lights up the moment he gets to play outside, and he would thrive in a home with a fenced yard where he can romp around and enjoy his daily walks. Due to some recent life changes, we simply aren’t able to give him all the time and attention this wonderful dog deserves, so we’re searching for a loving family who can make him the center of their world. He has so much love to give, and he’s ready to bring joy, cuddles, and playful energy to the right forever home.

We inherited this dog from my mom. She just passed in January. She never took the time to potty train him. While she was sick we had other family here to take care of her and they almost got him potty trained but now we are not at home most of the day. We have another dog that is quite rambunctious but they get along well. We are trying to sell a house that we inherited and are now paying for 2 houses and cannot keep up with the potty accidents. We are not home most of the day so we cannot potty train him or spend time with him at this point. He is very timid but usually gets along with people after a bit. He has never bitten anyone or growled at anyone. I believe he is lapsed about a month on shots though I cannot be certain as my mom did not keep the records. They originally got him from the SPCA in McKinney and I believe are the 3rd owner but that SPCA location is now closed.

Ace will listen to commands. He’s very friendly. He loves the backyard. He’s great with cats and great with kids. My wife is pregnant due in 12 weeks and we just can’t keep him. We think ace will do great with someone who has a spacious backyard, more time to take him out. Due to our busy lives and work schedule, we haven’t stay consistent with potty training him. Ace has been a big part of our family but we feel that it’s best for him to go to a loving home, and a loving family! Ace really is a sweet boy and is a joy to be around. ace loves to play with cats, he’s is really amazing with kids, and really is a loyal dog.
