We inherited this dog from my mom. She just passed in January. She never took the time to potty train him. While se was sick we had other family here to takecare of her and they almost got him potty trained but now we are not at home most of the day. We have another dog that is quite rambunctious but they get along well. We are trying to sell a house that we inherited and are now paying for 2 houses and cannot keep up with the potty accidents. We are not home most of the day so we cannot potty train him or spend time with him at this point. He is very timid but usually gets along with people after a bit. He has never bitten anyone or growled at anyone. I believe he is lapsed about a month on shots though I cannot be certain as my mom did not keep the records. They originally got him from the SPCA in McKinney and I believe are the 3rd owner but that location is now closed.

Comet was being Euthanized by his owners, he was with one family 8 years. When they moved from a house to an apartment he became anxious and bit when trying to get him from under the bed. Comet has been in my rescue and my house ever since while I try to find him a new home. He's been through behavioral training and would do best in a home with not other pets, he is a very young 8 year old and having a nice walk everyday keeps him healthy and happy. He enjoys chasing squirrels and acting like a dog. He's actually a great protector and would do great with an active owner . He is neutered,microchipped, UTD on shots and on HW and flea prevention. Gatsby is a senior male Maltipoo, age 12 to 13, who is blind in one eye. He still has plenty of companionship to give. With the right home and understanding environment, he can be a deeply rewarding and loyal pet. Gatsby would thrive in an adult-only home with an experienced dog owner who is patient and will allow him time to adjust. He is crate and potty trained. Gatsby can be wary of strangers and requires slow, structured introductions to new people. Once he feels safe, he settles well and is affectionate with his trusted humans. He has done best in environments where his space and boundaries are respected. Gatsby was received as a foster along with two other dogs 2+ years ago after his former foster human, a professional dog trainer, passed away suddenly. Our circumstances have changed and we are no longer able to foster as many dogs. Finding a home for Gatsby will avoid the need to surrender him to a shelter where he would face euthanasia.

Hi, This is Thay. He was rescued from a hoarding situation. Was adopted and returned at no fault of his own. This is his chance to find his real furever home. He'd do best in a home with another dog that loves to play. Older kids/no kids. He's actually a low maintenance and easy going dog. He doesn't get into stuff nor chew things. He's around 30ish lbs. Crate/potty trained. Pretty good on leash. He's such a sweetie 💕 Thay came from a difficult hoarding situation, but he’s made incredible progress and has adapted beautifully to family life. He gets along great with our pets and is a total love bug once he feels comfortable. While he can be cautious around new people and unfamiliar animals, his gentle and affectionate personality really shines through. He’s fully potty trained and crate trained, and one of his cutest traits is his happy little hops when he gets excited. He would do best in a home with older children or no kids, where he can continue to build confidence and soak up all the love he deserves.
