Story
Meet Taz Danforth, a fun-loving, super sweet, and all-around amazing guy! Taz is a friendly, affectionate, playful, funny, and loves giving kisses. He's also a good boy who's great with kids and other dogs, but he can be a little shy at first. He walks well on a leash, but you will need to gain his trust first. Surprisingly, Taz was found abandoned by the side of the road as a puppy. How anyone could leave this adorable pup is beyond us, but we're so glad he's alive and well! With his rough start in life, Taz is a resilient pup who is eager to give and receive love. Don't let his size intimidate you, though - he's as gentle as they come and is always up for a cuddle sesh. If you're interested in welcoming this sweet boy into your family, please fill out an online adoption application. All Taz needs now is that forever family! He is around 2 years old and weighs around 85 pounds. We aren't sure what breed he is, but we this hes a mastiff mix of some sort. Interested in becoming a forever home for Taz? Fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we don't go any further without an application. Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws . We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and appreciate you working with us.For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process. Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.

Story
This adorable guy is Mason! He is an approximately 4-year old, Mastiff/Pointer mix who weighs around 98 lbs. He is a short stocky guy – a total goofball! Mason is a special needs kid as he is completely deaf. Otherwise, he is a funny, energetic, playful boy like any other dog. Mason absolutely loves to play! He would play all day if he could. He loves toys and he especially loves other dogs. He loves to put everything in his mouth so you will definitely need to watch this little cutie and teach him about toys vs shoes. Mason will require a securely fenced yard with a 6 ft. fence. Because he is deaf, he cannot hear another dog correct him with a growl so he is going to need a home with another dog who is kind, patient, and playful! He will need an active family who can spend lots of time with him and give him plenty of exercise. Mason is house-trained to a doggy door. He will adjust without one, but accidents might happen at first. He is crate and leash trained. Mason is neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccines. His adoption fee is $225. He will require another dog, a fenced yard, an approved application and a home visit for adoption. Therefore, only those located in OKC area will be approved. To adopt Mason, go to www.foreveryoursokc.org/adoption-application to apply.
