Flint came from Alabama and is a strikingly handsome brindle boy with a fun personality! He loves to be the center of attention and is a very loving, happy boy. - 5.5 years old and 70lbs but needs to lose about 10 pounds - We gave our best guess at his breed mix of Mastiff, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Lab - Low energy and loves to nap but also loves a rigorous game of fetch. Good house manners and can be very chill in the home. - Social with all people and has no stranger danger. Welcomes visitors into the home. - Loves other dogs big and small and is fostered with three female large breed dogs. He enjoys playing with them and having a blast. Nice play style with other dogs. - No cats. Flint is fostered with cats and can be around them with supervision. However if the cat runs, he tends to want to chase so we think it's probably easier for him to find a home with no cats. - Has lived with kids for the past 4+ years but nipped a child over food. No skin was broken and the family had never experienced any issues with Flint and their children prior. We think this was a one-off situation but feel it's better for Flint to go to a home with kids ages 12+ if there are kids in the home. He is happy to greet kids and shows no apprehension around them. No resource guarding has been noted with Flint and humans or other dogs. He can have his food bowl picked up and receive treats in proximity to other dogs. - Loves car rides, hops in and rides quietly with no car sickness - Walks on leash and is not reactive to other dogs. He does sometimes whine to go visit/play with other dogs, but it is in a happy way. - Crate trained but has also done well left outside the crate while he is home alone - Doesn't jump up on people and knows "sit" readily and is pretty good with "down." - Potty trained Flint is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, dewormed and current on flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. Bastian is currently 4 months old and over 40 pounds, and we think he may be a Mastiff/Boxer mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! The absolute best part of Bastian, right after his wrinkles and infectious smile, is his CRAZY AMAZING curly helicopter tail. We are fascinated with making his curly tail go in tight circles, large flat helicopter circles, a question mark, or straighten out, and this adorable boy is happy to oblige. He has complete tail control and we are convinced that it is absolutely representative of his joyful nature and personality. You too will think this needs further research and study – the Bastian Curly Tail Research Project can start as soon as you apply to adopt him! He does still think he’s quite small and can fit in your lap, lol, and he loves to be held and squished (we said it). His entire litter is extraordinarily loving and devoted – seriously one of the most caring and affectionate litter of puppies we’ve seen to date - such a credit to our amazing foster homes and the love and security they provide!! His smile lights up his whole face; we challenge you to resist his smile when his tongue hangs out the side. Bastian loves people, especially kids, and is such a gentle treat taker. He already knows basic commands like ‘sit’ and ‘stay’, and loves to explore his surroundings and choose the softest comfiest place to relax (we recommend an XXL bed, please, but Bastian will make do and not complain). Bastian loves soft stuffies and squeaky toys and it is so much fun to watch him play with them, especially when other dogs are around – he shares, then takes away, then shares again (lol). You are sure to be entertained by Bastian’s expressive face and loving attitude. He comes from a litter of 8 and is currently in a single foster home with all of them. He would do well in a house with other dogs, or as the sole star of your attention – he is honestly so relaxed and easygoing that he would fit in anywhere there is love and affection (and lots of toys and treats). We hope you're okay with strangers stopping to compliment your dog because that's exactly what's going to happen when you and Tank are out on the town. Honestly, he is going to become a local celebrity so be prepared to get to know your neighbors. The best part though, Tank is going to love it too! This is a friendly boy, who greets gently, welcomes pets, and is happy to let people admire his good looks. He is magnetic and matches his good looks with a fantastic personality. Truly a smart, handsome, gentle giant. We introduced Tank to a variety of dogs- big and small with different energy levels and he was all around dog-friendly. The first dog he met was Sugar, a confident, vocal, playful pittie girl and goodness, as soon as Tank saw her we could see the goofy puppy in him. He came alive and was so excited to play! Her play-style and size were a great fit for him! With smaller dogs he read them well knowing when they were a bit unsure of him, because of his size, and he gave them space, not pushing play if they were not inviting him to. Tank is currently being fostered in a home with four other dogs ranging from small to large. He often gets picked on my the English bulldog, which is why he has a small booboo on his head you’ll see in his video. This is no fault of his, English bulldogs are known for this approach and it just doesn’t suit the gentle baby that Tank is. He is tolerant and has no fight in him but we would love for him to have a playmate he can be himself with and ideally that would be a mid to large size dog who likes a bit of rough play but also knows that a rest in the shade is vital to a good time. On top of being a people magnet, dog-friendly, lover boy, he is also cat tolerant! His foster home has cats that he is respectful of and when we introduced him to our housecat he was a perfect gentleman! Avoidant and a bit aloof, not at all interested in pushing his way to the cat or insisting on smelling him. To go with that magnetism, Tank is great on leash, he walks close and stays responsive to his handler. Even with this, a confident handler is important. He has a well balanced energy about him but will require mental stimulation and exercise daily to stay healthy and happy. Tank knows a few basic commands and is treat motivated so teaching him new tricks should be an easy and fulfilling experience. Tanks foster family has shared with us that he is crate trained, goes into a crate with ease and is quiet- no protesting from him. They also shared he is house-trained. Yay you! Sure you may need to give him a quick tour of the potty-places but no potty-training needed. Last but not least, Tank is a big boy, you don’t need me to tell you that but I know you are dying to know how much something like him weighs. Ready? 130 lbs! He is 1.5 years old so this is his full-grown size. He is a rescue dog and with any rescue it’s always a mystery but its pretty safe to say he has some mastiff in there, or as most of us said- The Sandlot dog! Hey there, I'm Beefcake! I'm a two-year-old mastiff with a heart as big as my paws. I'm a total lovebug who adores cuddles, belly rubs, and gentle playtime. I'm also a major foodie - hot dogs and cheese are my absolute favorites! I also have some allergies that causes my skin to itch and ear infections, but with the right care and medication, I'm a happy and healthy guy. Please no small animals - including small dogs - in my new home. There can be other large dogs in the home however, please do slow and controlled introductions and give me some time to settle in. Bruhno Bruhno is still a work in progress.  Bruhno is a very shy English Mastiff.  He is learning to walk on a leash and ride in cars. Bruhno is good with other dogs and was raised with children.  It will be a while before we feel he is ready for adoption. His future "furever" family will need to be prepared for the long haul. Bruhno is terrified of new situations.  His main and immediate response is to immediately empty his bladder  Any adopters will have to be prepared for this.  He is house trained; this is a fear response.
