Story
Fae is a wonderful girl who is very chill in the house and great with my younger kids. She does lay around most of the day but has lots of energy for walks. She is 4 years old and needs a place with a backyard or something where it is much easier to spot dogs. Apartments would not be a good option as a dog could pop out anywhere and she will go for them. Her being around 140 lbs, it’s a lot to hold back. A backyard for her to run run around in would probably be the best option. You could possibly introduce her to another dog very carefully but not sure. Our last home there was another dog she grew up with and they were fine together.

Story
Great news! My adoption fee has been paid by someone who loves me and wants me to find a great home. Here's what you need to know about me:I'm a cuddle bug. Wanna go for a walk, play tug of war? Okay. Hang out in the yard? No problem. Just relax on the couch , I'm all in with my favorite blanket. Car rides with the windows cracked are so fun! Chew toys are my favorite! Sometimes I play growl when I have my toys, you'll get used to my different grumbles. I've been trained to sleep in a kennel & also with my blanket on the bed or couch. If you're looking for a steady companion, I'm all yours. I do like to play with all dogs, cats & kids. We just need to start out slowly. It's recommended I meet any dogs or kids living in my new home before I'm adopted. I just want to make sure we all get along.I need a space of my own. I sometimes have a hard time sharing my treats, toys, or bed with other pets. Ask an adoption counselor for more information.I am currently in foster! If you're interested in meeting me, please email adoptions@southwesthumane.org. I am available for Trial Adoption if you're interested in taking me home for 2 weeks before making a final decision. Primary Color: Red Weight: 79.5 Age: 3yrs 1mths 2wks

Story
Hephaestus is a 5-month-old Alabai x Boerboel mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She’s already had her vaccinations, been dewormed, and is crate trained—so she’s off to a great start! She’s playful, smart, and full of energy. Always up for an adventure or a game of tug. She’s also incredibly affectionate and intuitive—she loves being close to her people and is quick to form strong bonds. With her mix of two powerful guardian breeds, she’s naturally confident and observant, but also gentle and loving.

Story
Hi my name is Tina. I'm a mastiff lab mix and am about 1 years old and weigh in at about 100 lbs. I am a big girl and I am just full of love. I am going to do best in a home with no other pets as I like my toys and food and would rather not share them with other pets. I don't guard anything with people only other pets. I love all people and have yet to find anybody that I don't adore. I am learning simple commands and love to go for walks and am actually pretty good on a leash unless I see another dog or cat then I can pull. All I want is a couch to crash on and people to love on and someone that will talk me on walks or a big yard to play in. If you are interested in meeting me please email to get an application. If you are interested in meeting her we ask that you please email adoption@columbiahumane.org in order to obtain an adoption application. Once you have an approved adoption application on file, we will then schedule a time for you to come and meet her. Her adoption fee will be $350.00 that will cover the cost of her spay her vaccinations, her being treated for fleas and worms and her microchip. For more information call 503-397-4353 or email adoption@columbiahumane.orgMay 15, 2025, 6:28 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Bruhno Bruhno is still a work in progress.  Bruhno is a very shy English Mastiff.  He is learning to walk on a leash and ride in cars. Bruhno is good with other dogs and was raised with children.  It will be a while before we feel he is ready for adoption. His future "furever" family will need to be prepared for the long haul. Bruhno is terrified of new situations.  His main and immediate response is to immediately empty his bladder  Any adopters will have to be prepared for this.  He is house trained; this is a fear response. If you are interested in Bruhno or any of our fosters, please go to our website at www.mastiffrescueoregon.org, click on adoption info, and submit an application online. An application is required for any meet and greet. All of our fosters are in private homes.  Please be courteous, and do not call prior to 8:00am or after 8:00pm  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 12:21 am
